CasinoLuck and NextCasino are changing platform

But i have just got to reply to this thread.

So i see lots of promises and talk of not being like other AG casino.
But be honest. You "Lucky" are now just another AG casino with slightly differing bonus rules.

Yes they "other AG casino's" have ridiculous terms when it comes to bonuses. BUT so do you!

At AG casino's the bonus is made impossible to beat by the use of a 35x bonus amount played on games that only contribute 50% towards wagering.
That counts for 90% of their slots.
The slots that contribute 100% are PlaynGo slots that are the 94.1% RTP slots instead of the 96% that are seen at shall we say much more "Decent" casino's, So if you play these slots with bonus then you are even more unlikely to beat the bonus.
The game portfolio is very limited and some games are unavailable even though they are advertised and seen in the lobby.
AG have added very few titles to their portfolio this year and i doubt they will add many next year. I doubt they will have the customers or money to do so on account of having silly bonus terms and an already limited amount of games for the customer to play.

You on the other hand "Luck" use just as bad a formula to stop people beating the bonus on exactly the same platform as all the other AG casino's.
Yes all slots are 100% towards play through, But there is a 50x wagering slapped on instead of 35x
You offer the same 94.1% PlaynGo games and the amount of games across the platform in general are very limited and always will be..

This thread is full of "Slight Of Hand" tactics and sounds desperate under cover.

Did "Luck" change to make things better for the customer ?

I've just checked some of the PnG slots at CasinoLuck, and you are indeed correct, all the ones I checked were RTP 94.xx% as opposed to the normal 96.xx%
What else is set at a lower RTP?

It is entirely possible that this agent was a new employee and did not receive proper training? The up sell reminds me of what I used to get when I played at Go Wild casino.

Well They'd had enough training to (supposedly) override the system to give me their 'personal' bonus.

It's more likely they're an agent working for the platform, rather than for CasinoLuck. Because I wouldn't be surprised if that's the way Karamba and their other dodgy sites, do business
 
I'm hoping all this is just "teething problems" and the Casino Luck I know and love is back up running on all cylinders very soon.

Pains me to read some of these posts.

As for the achievements thing, not too happy about that, spent a VERY long time unlocking those across several games not to mention the £££'s involved.

I respect and know we are in safe hands with Eric at the helm but these issues need sorting sooner rather than later before any 'permanent damage' is done to this brand after all their hard work in obtaining a credible and trustworthy status.

My wife too got the 'hard sell' and also misinformed by CS, that IMO is where the work needs to start first :thumbsup:

Been quite a supporter of Next/CL as you all know but looking at the revamped CL site made my stomach churn. In my view this is one of the worst downgrades I have seen being touted as an upgrade.

Sorry to say this Eric (if you are reading this), but I have removed you from my "highly recommended" list for now and I think you should lose at least 2 points from your CM rating until you are back to the high standard you were before the platform switch. I requested the FAQ page to be edited to reflect that some time ago. It hasnt happened yet. Live casino exists but is currently only visible when logged in. It's a bug that is being adressed. Same with some other visual things like the sub-menu being hard to read (too high transperancy in the background) and alike. Personally, I prefer the new site. Bar some bugs, it's more stable, responsive, better mobile and quite a bit faster. It's still being improved in many areas though. It's certainly different and wont appeal to everyone. I respect your opinion.

We have already added more games (the missing ones from our most played games historically first) and will continue to do so. The geo of games should work when logged in. Since I am not allowed to log-in anymore at CL I took a look at the site as an unregistered player would when searching for a new casino, hence my comments are based on those findings. Considering that I would give the revamped site a 4-5/10 maximum. The score would be maybe higher after logging in.

Don't know when you changed from 39x B to 50x B WR but that is a very negative change for players. Would only accept it if I could withdraw early if bonus funds were not touched.

As for the pending periods, there must be some reason why they are in the FAQ, whether it was intentional or not. If they are not supposed to be there then that is super-sloppy proofreading by your team.

Hi Eric I just logged into Casinoluck for a nose around the new platform and it looks good. I just have one beef. My loyalty status has me as a new member so does everybody start from scratch again? If so that sucks as I have been with Casinoluck for a couple of years or more now and I am regulated to a new member. Can you clarify this for me? It kind of sucks having all past achievements wiped out and have to start from scratch again on Immortal Romance, Thunderstruck II, The Finer Reels of Life, Playboy, Jurrassic park and others and been bumped down to a new member vip level is just a kick in the teeth. Just saying.

Also can you let us know if our accounts were fully verified before moving over do we need to get verified again?.

I can see why you came across a bit harsh there Harry:)

I did log in and found the site pretty good, but i also saw a few bugs and errors, which i personally shrugged off as teething problems.
I did make my first deposit on the new site, but just a tiny one, as indeed i also saw i was back to newbie, and didn't find a new welcome bonus or reload offer as booby prize:p
I am sure when i would have gone in chat or contacted you there would be something possible, but i do hope you will approach loyal players that moved along to the new platform, some extra incentive once the bugs are sorted:

One thing i would love to see (perhaps it's now already present, if so please ignore) is a search by provider function, or a few filters to sort games properly ( what Harry noted also is happening when logged in, i.e. the categories don't all seem to be working as should yet)

Other than that i would say good job, it does look like there will be some improvements:) I also noticed the site's responsiveness improved yet again, which was at least very noticeable on my slightly dated mobile!
These games from the platform-provider are new to me, so that's possibly another plus-point.

I honestly don't really pay attention to the percentages unless i get to a point in a certain Casino, where i sense they are lower, through repeated play/ bad sessions... But normally, as long as it's 92% and up, i feel like i am getting a fair game - anything lower and i may as well go to the local arcades...

But generally, it's a good point to note :thumbsup:
 
One more thing Eric. just checked out your new landing page and had to learn that you have daily surprise bonuses and live tournaments! In 2 years of being active at CL/Next I have never experienced any of that unless those 2 things were meant for a selected few only.

Further, when I click on the link to the UK Gambling Commission I am led to the fee calculator page. When I search for CasinoLuck I still find you under Everymatrix although on your website it states now AG Communications.

When I call up the MGA Malta site it leads me to the Aspire page which does not show CasinoLuck to be on their license.

I found more mistakes but won't list them here as it is not my job to highlight these to you as that should be done properly by your team.

I understand there are teething problems when moving to a new platform but the mistakes I listed in this and last posts are just super sloppy and on top misleading potential new players. It is certainly far off the high standard we have seen at Casino Luck in the past, in my view though very much the low standard of AG/Aspire and it would be sad to see CL/Next going down the same path.

The Fee Calculator happens when you have previously visited the UKGC website and you have a cookie stored. A known bug which is affecting every casino when you click the licence link.

Both the MGA and UKGC license database runs with a significant public delay. It's not the casino's fault that the information showing is not correct :)
 
Had a bash at the new platform last night and I gotta say the experience was terrible. Games were very laggy lots of game errors and disconnects. And the cherry on top the search bar for slots didn't work. I also really don't like those new proprietary slots they go from 0.25p ti 1.25 with no in between. I tried Fruity Friends and I could only play it at either 0.25p or 1.25 no in between bets which is absolute stupidity in my opinion. This has got to be the first time I was glad to go bust on a deposit.

Today I got a reward of free spins in Astro Dice which is another of the new games I didn't like it but at least the search bar was working so I could find it and it ran smoothly. I will deposit in the future because I do like Casino Luck and Next Casino but I would have thought that more testing would have been done before they switched to the new platform. Playing at a casino ought to be fun but in this case it was a chore and frustrating as hell with all the errors.

Anyway on a brighter note I am sure it will get better once all of the bugs have been worked out.:)

Update: My withdrawal was reversible about 41 hrs and processed rather swiftly after that. Not sure what the reason for the delay was, but this indicates to me the platform change either did not go as smoothly as it should have -- or the change was more comprehensive than just a tech platform change.

Well I tried to unlock my IR bonus choices yesterday.

Work this one out lol....:confused:

Afraid not.

However there are more regular offers for existing members (those registered before migration) - Me n wife had a few 50%'s sent our way and a few ND FS. Support are always worth giving a quick visit to here and there as they can occasionally offer "on the spot" deposit bonuses.

Have to agree, the live chat support is plain awful. I´d check tomorrow though, the spins could have still been added, if not, try to hit up Eric I guess, since the email clearly doesn´t state you can´t claim both.

For what its worth I have signed up to a few on the new platform and been paid without hasstle, this was long time ago on the scratch card sites

min deposit was a tenner, i know because i got mine with that much :D its pretty much same offer karamba sends quite often and that one is almost always 10 min too.

althro Casinoluck site kinda stopped working for me, cant access it for last hour or so because its stuck on loading (casinoluck icon in the middle of the page and thats it) :/ i even tried it with 2 different browsers and on my table too but its always stuck on loading screen. not cool

I can dpeo way more in a day but for a low roller like ourselfs than 40 in one shot is alot when you are tied in, I always use free spins first now days so no headache so most of my deposits are auto tied in. Not many sites where you can save them bonus or spins untill a bust as normally run into trouble such as got to use the spins before withdraw or your bonus abusing.

So I do not mind using the spins etc up first as not a big depo but 40 tied up is abit steep in my hands. Ok for them heavy 50 squid a spin people :eek:

not sure what happened but since site came back all, but i mean all slots were super dead for me :/

i know its just tinfoil hat moment but i had like $300 left to wager, with $120 balance. i busted when i still had over 100$ wagering left, playing 20-30 cents spins :eek2:

not sure what version of BoD they have but its by far deadliest of them all :D but then again all slots i tried were dead so theres that. For first 140 spins on scruffy duck my biggest hit was 4,4x.

Ok so many things that should be changed for casinoluck to be as good as it was, imo.

Today i got 25 free games becaue i reached bronze level. it says its free games on mystery game. and thats it. nothing happens when i login, so i guess im supposed to open slots one at a time to discover my game :eek2::D

bonus terms on their site, and bonus terms that are attached to their newest promo mails are like complete opposite of each other. One has almost no restricted games (old casinoluck bonus terms) while one that you get via email promo leads you to

all netent, and pretty much all other good games contribute 50% only ? It also makes no sense whatsoever, they have Titans of the Sun - Hyperion there but not the other one which is pretty much same game?

not to mention its very shady to say your bonus is 25x or 50x or whatever and then have most games contribute 50%. Still not sure which bonus terms are in use right now but casinoluck site now states "Winnings received through the use of the free bonus (no deposit) or free spins are considered as bonus, and as such must be wagered 50 times before withdrawal may be made. " so if its combination of the two... yeah definitely not going to play there again til stuff gets sorted out. they can even keep my 25 free, mystery spins.
 
That´s pretty much what everyone was complaining when the change was first announced. We were told its a good thing, owners stay the same and nothing changes for the worse, only better (which seems true to more games).

But the main thing that shouldn´t have changed, why we feared this change so much, are the terms. Changing them for the worse is what makes me want to close my account.

Things were fine before, some people like to ruin it for a little bit of extra cash flow. :(
