This guy has done this before so he just uses the casino for money transfering procedures. I m totally on the casino's side at this. Casino extreme is not a rogue operation... They pay instantly and there are no complaints lately as their representative said. They try to run a trusted bussiness and they are in the right way. Adding the 1x's in terms and conditions would be the perfect thing to do. Other than that I do not blame at all the casino for its action.

This is not the first time 21kingwu has done this. This was in fact the fourth time doing exactly the same thing.

Regardless of said player's behavior (and I'm definitely not taking 21kingwu's side in this matter), it is inexcusable for the Casino to publicize confidential information of this kind. A player's transactions with a casino are sensitive information and Casino Extreme should know better than to post this kind of information publicly.

Even if a player chooses to bash a casino in the forums, however unfairly, the casino should maintain professionalism and respond without disclosing ANY such information.

I'm not trying to take sides but what he said was actually not very confidential. He barely mentioned that it's the 4th time doing so only. Nothing much more than that. He didn't say anything like how much he deposit and etc. He didn't even mention when or how many total deposits/withdrawals he made so far.

See the title , I just demostrate a fact they charge $40 fee without any prior notice on NT withdraw
which is totally under complying its terms and conditions.

So next time they mabye void your winning without notice just they feel you play too quick, I just asume, a probability problem. Of course , you know Bodog, Inetbet wont do that. but be cautius with any suspicious one.

Audience should be aware of that and have your own decision.

A couple of things to note here IMHO:

1. It would be beneficial if all casinos made their requirements in this area clear in their T&C's
2. Players need to be aware that activity like this can be construed as money laundering

It's actually in an affiliate's best interests to present players with casinos they trust in and would play themselves. I and many others hereabouts would never represent or defend a casino with a bad reputation and i think affiliates who do deserve what they get.

In this instance, while not a casino i personally choose to represent, there is evidence to support the claim that they are a vastly improved outfit in recent months. I don't think the aforementioned affiliate members are influenced by their affiliations in any way personally. I think that opinions on this particular "case" are based on a very clear cut right/wrong issue.

It doesn't state in the terms and conditions that a fee gets deducted if you don't wager what they think as 'enough'.Assuming that what he did hasn't repeated itself in the past I find the fee taken off him as unjustifiable given the facts at hand.I do agree with the points raised from previous honourable members that the casino is not a bank but still that doesn't bear in mind the unlikely event at which one might have to withdraw earlier than anticipated.Casinos can't get by with hypothetical terms that don't exist but only assumed.

I apperaciate the Structure of Vegas Already built , they are really nice to players and thats indeed natural real random. As to online , no one protect players benefit except ourself. The so called software regulation and test are totally attract here.

They can do the soft part, we can do on other parts to get it back.

Stock market has SEC to protect small investors. God inhints some balance here.

You're overselling your case (and stuff I'm not even sure about... God, your being "21 king", new money, ect...). With a small line-up of supporters that's quickly fleeing, I was in agreement with you in your opening post of this thread (in some ways). The more you say everything that's on your mind and on the tip-of-your-tongue, the more it seems that CasinoExtreme has hired you to make them look good. Stop, take a break, you're just grinding metal-on-metal at this point. You're making Henry (who is one of THE worst online reps. I've ever dealt with, IMHO) look good. His 3 postings (at CM.com) display a HEAVY upgrade over the etiquette I was accustomed to (hey, customer support is VERY important).

There are MANY casinos that are worse than CasinoExtreme. And there are so many better ones as well. They generally do pay their players, IF the player can win anything off of their EXTREME-ly tight games.

Actually, I was quite high (I must have been) on CasinoExtreme a few months back, and I even PM'd the Casinomeister himself out of curiousity as to why they weren't a part of the accredited list. I never did get a response (and I did hear the part about not having time to get to everyone's email in his most recent Webcast, so weez cool ), but I could see for myself that this wasn't such a great casino. Yes, instant withdrawals are wonderful, but it's not the end of the world if you have to wait 24-48 hours either.

Sidenote: What's up with the cheap photo of that 1980's club dancer on the start-up page at CasinoExtreme? It's like it was taken out of a Poison Video or something. The graphics look as though they were taken off of a 8-bit Nintendo machine.
