again i have experienced yet another problem with another online casino
people may think i only seem to post here bitching about casinos, but in all fairness this is my 100% complete and honest experiences that i write about
i signed up for casinocubed's $10 no deposit bonus, upon reading all the terms what i understood completely was after wagering the $10 20x i needed to make a $25 deposit, then could cashout a combined maximum of $100,
i played and managed to win, before i deposited i sent an email about id, i could send them a signed deposit form, bank statement copy etc, but they also wanted passport/driving licence or government id copy... see where this is going (as per luckynetwork also)?
upon explaining this to them part of the email reply was after i had deposited $25 i would need to wager that $25 4x to be able to withdraw my ND combined amount of $100..... so what planet are they on?
surely a no deposit bonus is just that, you should have to meet wagering requirements with the nd bonus and then meet another 4x requirements with the $25 deposit needed to claim the nd winnings... thats just pure risk and ripoff because lets face it, anyone that meets the wr for the nd bonus as well as the wr of their $25 deposit needed to claim this bonus... their balance in most likelyness will be well over $100, but the max cashout is $75 nd winnings + $25 deposit you made.
im 99% certain at the time of me joining the site the terms did not say
"A minimum deposit of $25.00 is required prior to processing any withdrawal request; this deposit must be wagered 4 times on any of our Slots, Scratch Cards or Keno games. Wagers made on any other game will not count towards the wagering requirements for the release of the bonus winnings."
but instead
"A minimum deposit of $25.00 is required prior to processing any withdrawal request"
i just wish i had taken a screenshot because i read the terms about 4-5 times
next is the rude email from "laura" i explained how i dont drive, never have been abroad n how the uk government dont issue id cards but have various other things to proove completely who i am (as i have said to other casinos and mentioned in other posts here, some have agreed to other methods, some havent)... the email replys were:
"Hi ******,
So sorry to hear that.
Ill be closing your account on that case."
and then
"Hi *****,
I gave you all your options and if you cant prove your identity and age we wont be able to assist you.
If you manage to send me an ID plus all the documents we requested we will be re-opening your account."
so let me get this right, she gave me "all my options" and from what i read and understood these options were....
1) go out and get a passport/driving licence costing 100+, which will take you a month to get, send them in to me, and congratulations you wont be able to claim thoese winnings anyway because the claim date for the offer would of expired by then
or
2) goodbye
the issue a while back with "luckynetwork" was a similar "id" issue, they arent reputable, theyve had problems, and are running new software people may not trust. However over 2-3 weeks they were even looking themselves for ways for me to get around this, they spent ages in correspondance to my emails and they gave me the impression that me being a member was appreciated and they wanted my custom..... however laura could of said to me "we dont like you, we dont want you to play here, please leave" and i would of felt the same as what i did from what she actually said
i had mentioned previously giving up gambling with my own money at first, and joining new casinos with no deposit bonuses only and if i liked the casino i would play with my own money, but now after this iv decided 100% that im not even bothering with no deposit bonuses, if i get any cd's in the post i will just snap them and return them to sender, certainly a waste of my evening,
