Loverhearts, just one question.

You said in the OP you claimed a 50% bonus. Was that part of the Welcome package?
 
The next question is how the bonus is actually processed. It's all very well displaying the terms on the deposit page, but if the system then goes and adds the bonus anyway the player has been forcibly placed in breach of the terms by the casino. To avoid this, the player would have to be given an option to claim the bonus, and unless it is specifically claimed, it should not be credited regardless of whether or not the player is eligible.

As the term specifically states "welcome offer", then this prohibition should ONLY apply to the welcome offer.

The argument that it's not technically possible to prevent a bonus from being credited to an ineligible player does not fly, because other casinos have been able to achieve this at a technical level.

Apart from the OP, this seems to have woken up a few other members who play here, but have yet to win and withdraw, to the fact that they have been merrily depositing away with Neteller without realising that they may have been in a no win situation.


If it's not technically possible at present to prevent the problem, then simply ditch this daft rule until it is, it's not really necessary, it's merely market segmentation, and not something that is important enough to be putting regular recreational players at risk.

If a store decided to implement market segmentation and, say, ban customers who use AMEX as a payment method from a sales promotion, they would be stopped at the till, they would not be allowed to pay, walk out the store, and then find themselves rounded up by security and hauled off to the local police station for "shoplifting" the promotion.
 
Unfortunately we all know over the years at various casinos that management have dismissed what support have told players and overridden their decisions.

Using the screenshot below it seems simple to me to remove the bonus tab / bonus code box altogether using an 'IF' command.

I know at CH the other day and at Rizk when I first joined, I used Skrill (unknowingly at the time) and no bonus was credited, yet when using a Paysafe card, I got my bonus, my fault on both occasions and not moaning, my point is that if other casinos can do it then so can CC.

I have always had that '6th Sense' feeling when it comes to this casino and its on my 'be aware' list something which should not be the case for an accredited casino.

It grieves me to read thread after thread of players being harshly treated and the very strict unforgiving nature CC seems to adopt.

Yes T&C's are there for a reason and in plain sight to see for all but when these T&C's cannot be digested easily or the goal posts continually moved then its time for action.

The ideal and favorable outcome if it were a casino operator would be to identify genuine players and mistakes from BA and advantage players and work amicably together to at least TRY and resolve this issue and avoid negative feedback constantly, makes good business sense, something CC appear to want to avoid :what:

I will avoid the term 'Money Grabbers' for now and implore CC to readdress its business strategies.

I would consider submitting a PAB, maybe that gets them into action to do something.

It looks like a normal bonus and there is no warning on there that NT is not allowed.
 
I was reading the terms and conditions again and I think the no bonus for Neteller and Skrill deposits are only welcome bonuses. I cannot find where it says for all bonuses. What about reload bonuses?

I am confused, I do like Casino Cruise and had been playing there in the past but I just want to be clear about their terms before I deposit there again.

I have spoken to live chat about this before and I don't get a clear answer, they just say I give you a code to get 50% bonus and when I ask can I deposit using Neteller to get bonus they just say its added now or you can play bonus now. They don't specifically say, yes you can use Neteller.

So I would like to know finally no Neteller for all bonuses or just Welcome bonuses?

Assuming casino cruise is still working from the Everymatrix platform (although they now have their own seperate license), and there's no changes to the website or games selection to indicate otherwise.

Then why is it this Everymatrix casino, which also restricts neteller/skrill deposits for the welcome bonus, can do it???

Although after this thread, I doubt I'll be depositing at Casino Cruise ever again, with or without Neteller

...and this is the very reason I think there is more to this than meets the eye and it may well be part of one of the 'strategies'

As I've said before they did have the makings of an excellent casino but with the volume of competition out there, they simply cannot continue with this 'fuck the player' attitude!
 
As I understood it he did however receive the bonus. "No technical way of implementing it"? If someone has told you that you should get some new technical advisors. You just have to want to do it. Then again your casino doesn't seem to care much about user-friendliness.

Wasting your customers time and effort like that, and possibly profitting from it, just cause you don't want to spend the money on implementing a proper solution is an absolute disgrace!

You chose the wrong platform, one that is not compatible with how you want to do your market segmentation based on deposit method.

However, if PlayFrank can manage it and also uses EveryMatrix, then blaming EveryMatrix is simply passing the buck for your own technical limitations.

Go read the Player Arbitration FAQ, and I suggest you file one. One of the conditions of the PAB is not to post further on the topic while your arbitration is ongoing.

I truly believe it is your best hope for an outcome other than the situation you are in right now.

Good luck, and try to be patient. I believe the mods are in Vegas right now, so you might not hear back immediately.

I will put my 'neck on the line' however and agree that the integrity, or at least the business ethics of Casino Cruise needs looking into however!

If you currently cannot have software deal with this properly, could you just not have players contact support to add their welcome bonus? It's not all that unusual to have to do so, and support can have a look at the deposit method used, and credit account or not as appropriate.

I agree fully that this needs to be handled better and I'm trying to find a solution like the one shown that is being used by Casino Frank.

Update: Playfrank are using EM web API and not EM's CMS. CC is currently using EM's CMS. We will be able to control this feature like play frank on our new brand (going live any day now) which will be using the EM web API and our own new CMS and I'm taking care of that now) and also on CC when it will be moved to our new CMS (after the new brand is bug free).

Can understand your frustration and being upset over this, but calling the rep out in this way wont help. Dont shoot the messenger he only doing what he can. I absolutely agree with you that this should have never happened and that the casino needs to take action on this ASAP. But the above name calling wont help. And they dont pay to get verified , all casinos listed here go through a process which is rigorous to say the least. BBF (Baptism by Fire) Saying all that imo the casino messed up on this one, and I hope as the rep has said they will work the fix within days or less. They have to!

I am really a bit shocked, that the imho most common deposit methos is bonus restricted at a few places.are neteller fees that extremely high compared to other methods like ccs, that a wr-carrying bonus which makes it very likely the player will bust can not be granted? (I refuse any wr-deposit related bonusses...)

I played a bit at cc last year. I was not satisfied, especially about the cs-attitudes. I prefer places, where i feel treated better than there.

The mentionned withdrawal times btw are ridiculous... as the player is lucky enough to get his winnings not... "confiscated". I really can understand the anger of the op and when I was younger I might have posted a similar comment. Especially since it seems he doesnt feel that his special case is taken care of. I am sure Lloyd is taking care however maybe missed to notice the op.

If I was operating a casino, restricting neteller and skrill from bonus I would place in Red letters right at the bonus title that this bonus cannot be claimed when using those methods. that cs has to be contacted to remove it, otherwise winnings will be void. It is that extraordinary to do so, so it has to be a clear statement nobody can miss reading!

Treating customers fair and open leads to sustainable success of a company. That is imho the opposite and matches completely with my own personal experience.
 
Even though i can not play at this casino, being in the USA, i have a question. I have read over this thread and i hope it is resolved soon. I agree with the OP that the bonus should not have been added on his deposit option. I wanted to also know, why is the thread labeled bogus complaint :confused:

I think it's a typo. It's meant to read "bonus complaint" perhaps?
