Ah well, a scratch... I wasnt happy with the comments regarding starting bonus games and/or increase-decrease bets. I think we managed to fix this, but given that I never experienced the issue myself nor anybody internally. So I hope one can confirm the increase/decrease in bets work on blueprint games and bonus game can be started on BTG games.


And given that CasinoCasino is accredited, I'll trow in a cool promo this week or early next week!

I'm afraid that will be not quite a yes (at least) on 'primal megaways' I've just checked for you.
Bet size will increase no problem. But you have to switch to full screen mode to decease it.
The pointer changes from an arrow to a hand when over the increase button. But stays as an arrow when over the decrease button.

Actually you can decrease it, if you click right at the top of the button, on or just under the button border

Please tell that to all our regulatory bodies, now a days they only receive complaints I reckon and never the positive stories of an truly, honest and straight forward customer ;)

Any answer regarding getting PlayNGo games?

I spend a lot of time clicking games waiting for them to load, then find out they blocked in my country, hate it, thats one thing that turns me off casinos, but I guess not all will do the geo blocking or whatever its called, but it sure makes me stay when I click a game and know its actually available me.

When you login you shouldnt see games you are not allowed to play. If thats the case please let me know country and casino and I can double check.

Also guys, yesterday we deployed our new limits system on all sites. Basically it is now the same for all jurisdictions. Still need to update the content at the bottom of the page, so don't show that now - will be done during the day.

So a deposit limit with interval is a deposit limit with interval as set, doesn't take withdrawals in consideration. I still love that system, but yeah, times change :)

Also for any increase there is a 24 hour cooling down period instead of 7 days, so if you made a mistake applying limits - there is no need to wait for a week :)

We found an overlay from the reality check, thats fixed. So now you should have no issues increasing bet size or startinga bonus game on BTG.

If you run in to an issue, please let me know.
 
Just a quick note...

I checked the withdrawal page to see if bank transfer was an option before I deposited, and sure, it was listed. Made a withdrawal yesterday and I wake up today to see it's been cancelled. No information on why. I contact support and I'm told that bank transfers to Norway are not possible. "You have to make a minimum deposit with neteller or skrill".

Here's the thing. If I wanted to do that, I would have done so in the first place. Now I'll have to dig up an old neteller account, make a deposit to that via Skrill or something and then finally deposit again to casinocasino... and then I have to wait half a day again for that to be processed. There's a reason I don't use Neteller or Skrill. Norwegian users can't deposit to either for "gambling purposes" and it's both expensive and annoying to get around. I just wouldn't have deposited in the first place had I known.

So yeah. If a withdrawal alternative is not available for customers in certain countries, don't list it. Easy.

Strange how it only seemed to affect certain players, and you couldn't even reproduce the errors
 
So, I'm not very impressed here. Just an awful experience.

As I said earlier, not having any information upfront about bank transfer not being available to Norwegian customers annoyed me. It says right on the withdrawal page that withdrawals may only take place in the same method that the last deposit was made with, and if it's not available a bank transfer applies. So in my case I never even had a chance of making this happen without making another deposit as I used a paysafe card. This is bad.

After being told I needed to use Neteller or Skrill I asked what documents they needed and where to send them. Support agent told me it was not needed at this time and that I would receive a mail when it was. Why on earth would the support agent not just let me take care of the matter right there and then?

I dig up the old Neteller account, make the required deposit and start another withdrawal. I now get the mail asking for documents, to which I reply within two hours with documents attached. This was on July 4. Had no response confirming my documents have been received. Still not heard a peep.

So yada yada yada you know how this ends. Usually I'm pretty good about not reversing where that is possible, but I got greedy. Sometimes greed serves me well, but this time ... well... it did not. It's like the smell of the reversed withdrawal was all over me and every single slot caught wind of it and went in for the kill. Didn't stand a chance. Not a massive disaster or anything. Wasn't a big deposit in the first place, so I'll just file it in the "stupid but I'll survive" column. Not trying to blame this on the casino though. All me. Surely it would not have gone down this way if they had a lock function or just in general had their shit sorted, but in the end it was my choice to make.

But really, all of this just adds up to being a really bad experience even before my idiocy.

Having withdrawal methods I can't use listed on the withdrawal page is dumb. Letting me actually go through with putting in my information and starting the withdrawal, let it sit pending for half a day, cancel it and having me need to contact support to find out it was really not ever going to happen is just amateur hour. Really. How is this in any way okay?
Letting me deposit using a method that effectively gives me no way to make a withdrawal without redepositing using another method is not very customer friendly.
Being told not to bother with verification until they decide it's time is silly, and not even getting a "we have your documents and will do our thing" mail in return after sending them in isn't exactly great.

All just "small" problems in the grand scope of casino fuckery, but more than enough to send me packing... especially in the light of having way too much time spent talking to support on various casinos in the last month or so thanks to the Norwegian government screwing up withdrawals all over the place. Pretty fed up of having to jump through hoops to get what I've won.


Signed up for the deposit bonus (which I funnily enough just cancelled since my big win came super early) and won't be returning. There are plenty of casinos with faster withdrawals, better support and wider selection of slots.
 
And yet again my account is blocked for anti money laundering reasons..... every week I am asked to sent yet more documents.

Tis getting a little bit tiresome to be honest.

@L&L-Jan - whilst I appreciate your commitment to AML / responsible gambling, how many more documents does one have to submit?
 
Yet again these details I wont discuss on a forum :)

But I'm pretty sure everyting is clear for Interlog, for me and for the UKGC and any verification issue is sorted.

The unlucky event Interlog experienced last week was that a AML/EDD system went live which triggered requests to customers who were already verified :(

Another site that so obviously encourages the player to reverse the withdrawl. New account and made a tidy sum, and was determined not to put it back, so as soon as I made my first withdrawl I got on to chat and asked where I verify my account as there was no where to do so.

I am told that is not needed so I went ahead with my withdrawl, 2 days later still there to be reversed it offers me as I looked to see if it had gone through.

Later the same day I see the money back in my account and I go on chat again, now they tell me my bank has declined my withdrawl?? and I need to verify my account, what a suprise! even though all along there is no where on their site to do so.

Halifax bank in 6 years of many sites and banking with them have never blocked a withdrawl, in fact they got in touch and said they had blocked a deposit from me which was actually my withdrawl amount?!?!?!?!? so the site didn't even attempt to send through my payment they put it as a deposit? and Halifax don't make mistakes like this.

Finally they send me an email needing 4 types of verification, by now I have been stupid and started spending the money....

But the point been a new accredited site shouldn't be running where you cant even verify your account till they decide you can 2 days later...just the same old site hoping you reverse and lose the lot.

Exactly what happened to me, and heard nothing for 2 days till they dumped my withdrawl back saying my bank had blocked it (which they hadn't).

You can't verify your documents even when you ask to, till they decide, obviously hoping you bash the lot when they block your withdrawl.

They are on my banned list.

Guess mine and Nabbz experience not enough for a reply, for a new customer to ask to verify their account and it not be possible and then told by live chat that its not needed at the moment, then hold onto the winnings for 2 days then send them back...lie about your bank blocking the withdrawl, THEN asking for verification scans....

This is good enough for accreditation? time to open my own rogue casino.
 
What's wrong with support Jan? Sending an offer ny email for free spins on a thunderkick game. I guess you are the only ones blocking this provider to canadians. I don't really care about that honestly. But getting told by support that he won't offer anything and that it's his supervisor's word? What the hell is he trying to do? Ruin your buisness? I don't play at casinocasino anymore exactly because of this kind of behavior. I wagered a million in your casino and you send me a wrong offer and wont honor it. Wow, its 5 dollars with a big wager.

Maybe you should talk to your staff. Next time don't send anything :) no offense
