I made a withdrawl for 795 euro after depositing 150 euro.

They returned 645 euro to my balance and this was the answer I got:

"Dear Dagobert,

Thank you for your e-mail.

I understand what you mean but you always need to deposit a higher amount than the withdraw request, this is a technical rule and you can also see it in our terms and conditions.

Wow I don't think I have ever heard of this rule anywhere? Basically they are saying that you can't withdraw more than what you deposit. Isn't that what all people do when they deposit is to withdraw relatively more than what they deposit (Thats if they get lucky lool). Just take your deposit back as they have done and ignore this casino for future.

Also you can PAB against them even though I don't think they are accredited but Max would do his best to try and recover your money.

I just had a quick look at their website. Are you sure they're not referring to the fact that your card withdrawal limit is equal to the sum of your deposits. You need to provide them with your banking details in order to withdraw the rest of your winnings.

You'll find instructions in the cashier section of their website.

Poor CS again, but they do have a rep here who is trying to improve the reputation of the brand.

They should have gone on to explain this "technical issue", rather than just give the impression that it is "technically" never allowed for a player to win anything.

They are one of the market leading casinos in belgium. I play there every now and then and always got paid. They have a pending period up to 48 hours which is very long, and their support is also not the best. I once got an email back from them where the customer service agent put the name of another casino in the answer, so they probably handle a lot of questions for different casinos.

I suggest you keep emailing them, and otherwise send an email to the belgian gambling commission: [email protected]

Thing is, European wire transfer are pretty much on the next day,with worst luck from a hillbilly small bank, maybe 3 days.
waiting since 14th to get my money is pretty unreasonable for a "leading casino" imho, unless theres a belgian bikemessenger cycling from belgium to my door with the money.
