I will hold off from mentioning the casino for now till I get all my notes together but an Igaming license casino which is also licensed in Uk I think.
Has be-little me, who made me feel like a thief and liar, and not once in the 5 days and 39 emails exchanged did they listen to me
or worked with me.

I was asked for proof of a deposit from an e-transfer but I only deposited by credit card that day and made a handful of them of $50.
They insisted it was me it was my computer etc. There is a transaction that does show bank so I understand them asking for it.
At first, they wouldn't give me a transaction# or reference which was frustrating as I told them I have nothing to go by.

I lost sleep over this for a few nights as I was worried this wouldn't get resolved or I couldn't prove it and it scared the crap out of me and
the casino added to the fire by insisting it was me over and over I even told them from the beginning it has to be a problem with Gigadat or their side and not once they looked into it just kept insisting it was me even the last email I received from them 5 hrs ago.
Then I see an email from 13 hrs ago from Gigadat it was indeed a technical error on Gigadat side and they said they have informed the casino.
I'm really thinking of going to the news and for sure will be calling I-gaming.

It's true the casino industry is no fun now they make you feel like a crook just for something you like doing. This casino has pissed me off a few times before
once for bonus ban me as they felt like I was depositing too much which was a joke as I hardly took any bonuses but I was still able to play and deposit as much as I wanted.

I sent them an email and told them what I think of them. I'm waiting for an apology and acknowledgment that they heard from Gigadat and that my account is no longer affected.

Surprised betmgm isnt blacklisted tbh. Ive seen quite a few complaints like this.

If anyone here plays on betmgm, I highly suggest not doing so. At any moment they will steal your money and make up a total lie.

I will post the name just waiting for a reply from them admitting it was not my fault. Gigadat told me they have reached out to them so now they have it in black and white. Will be interesting what excuses they have to say.

No was not Bet MGM but something is wrong with this industry. They treat you always like criminals.

Honestly, BETMGM has been my luckiest casino.

Yeah they just told me nothing they can do about it...So I closed all igaming casinos and basically stopped playing a few months ago.

There is literally no reason to play anymore. Play for fun and a chance to hit huge...to just not be paid? Not my kind of entertainment.

To each their own though. I just wont support fraudsters which is exactly what casinos have turned into. I dont need them, they need me.

I actaully came out a small winner there last week and payed within 1 day fwiw. Still slow/sluggish site on the tech side and their Monopoly Megaways does not pay well and actually gives you less houses to start somehow!

Can anyone tell me who knows computers as I do not but the basics? The casino said that I was indeed logged in when the deposit was credited and the deposit came from me. Would it show in my casino data? would it have shown the deposit even though it wasn't me? Wouldnt they been able to tell from the data I physically did not do the deposit from my PC. I bought word just to download my data from the casino. My emails have gone cold with them as I have been asking them for details on my data and also the times as it's EST time where I am so not sure if the Data is my time or if there's, it's very confusing to me.

Basically, if the casino looked into my data correctly would they of able to see I did not do the deposit or should I give them the benefit of a doubt? Regardless I believe they went too far and it could have been resolved sooner. It's clear that CS agents, Security, etc seem to not work together. Casinos are great at throwing their players under the flame before looking into all facts. My opinion.

An update on my situation. The casino is Coolbet. They apologized and gave me a goodwill gesture. They said this was an exceptional situation between them and the provider. However there are still some things that I still have in question, the number of times they insisted it was me and I asked specifics of my data but they never replied to my questions on my data.

They pissed me off again after making a $500 withdrawal this eve . I get hit up with account verification again. WTF !! ID driver's license or passport with selfy. Really ? They just put me threw hell. I don't mind doing this on sign up but this is 3 or 4 times in less than 6 months I had to do this. I'm tired of this and I think I'm done with them. I find their security a handful to handle.

On the topic of documents is this normal for them to ask for the information they already have over and over? I understand if the ID expired and this needs to be updated but why do players have to submit so many times for documents they are submitted and approved?

I mainly play at Coolbet because they are transparent in their RTP but in all honesty, they make me feel I'm always doing something wrong. I'm done with that, never in my 20 years of playing online has a casino made me feel so anxious and unappreciated and I think it needs to be said.

Coolbet is the last casino I would have thought when I read your post.
They never ever tried anything to stall a payment with me. The only other places like that are Rizk, betsafe and bet365. You win, cashout to same payment method, auto approved after an hour or so.
Coolbet is a little cheap on rewards, at least for the Canadian market but still...
Maybe they just want you to stop playing there? It seems a n1 employe offered his time to manage your coolbet account 🤣

They said in a reply when I asked why they are requesting my docs again. They said
verification is an ongoing process and just because I'm verified does not mean it can not be requested again. Verification can be implemented at various intervals of time. These were their exact words.

I told them there is plenty of fish in the sea. I deleted their app and moved on.
Besides even though they may have great RTP they really have been my unluckiest when it comes to my wins. Too bad I love the way their transparent layout and their site looks kike one of the best but if you treat your players like I have been you eventually don't care.

I really don't think that's what Deepsky meant by saying kike. Anyway, totally agree with you Deepsky. I really love the game selection and layout of Coolbet but I have to wonder why I can never cash out if their RTP's are so fair. So, I have not had the issue of having to resubmit documents. They used to have good promos but it seems that they are only interested in taking our money now. To tell you the truth, I am really fed up with this I-gaming casinos. I think Bryan was right when he told us to be careful what we wished for!

Word was to be like 👍 and no I did not give in. This was the icing on the cake I just had enough. Did it to get paid so I do not have to hear or deal with them again.

Tactics to get you to play back your winnings? If there is one casino that would never do that, it's coolbet. Maybe they had doubts about you on something that wasn't necessarily true but it's clear to me that they were doing exactly what you needed to close your account and/or stop playing there.
