I will hold off from mentioning the casino for now till I get all my notes together but an Igaming license casino which is also licensed in Uk I think.
Has be-little me, who made me feel like a thief and liar, and not once in the 5 days and 39 emails exchanged did they listen to me
or worked with me.
I was asked for proof of a deposit from an e-transfer but I only deposited by credit card that day and made a handful of them of $50.
They insisted it was me it was my computer etc. There is a transaction that does show bank so I understand them asking for it.
At first, they wouldn't give me a transaction# or reference which was frustrating as I told them I have nothing to go by.
I lost sleep over this for a few nights as I was worried this wouldn't get resolved or I couldn't prove it and it scared the crap out of me and
the casino added to the fire by insisting it was me over and over I even told them from the beginning it has to be a problem with Gigadat or their side and not once they looked into it just kept insisting it was me even the last email I received from them 5 hrs ago.
Then I see an email from 13 hrs ago from Gigadat it was indeed a technical error on Gigadat side and they said they have informed the casino.
I'm really thinking of going to the news and for sure will be calling I-gaming.
It's true the casino industry is no fun now they make you feel like a crook just for something you like doing. This casino has pissed me off a few times before
once for bonus ban me as they felt like I was depositing too much which was a joke as I hardly took any bonuses but I was still able to play and deposit as much as I wanted.
I sent them an email and told them what I think of them. I'm waiting for an apology and acknowledgment that they heard from Gigadat and that my account is no longer affected.
