My gripe is that the entire theme of this bonus is about playing blackjack, it has a picture of a dealer's hands dealing, so I figured that meant it was some special offer that allows Blackjack (they generally do not allow blackjack on any of their bonuses) but when I message support they told me it's a restricted game, and the terms of Casino Tropez say that if you play any restricted game prior to meeting the wagering requirement they can choose to revoke your winnings.

Does this seem like a bait and switch to anyone else? Send you an email promoting Blackjack play, then confiscate winnings when you do so... seems fishy.

LMAO, yeah that is pretty bad. Is it your game? Well if it is, it doesn't count toward wagering requirements. But deposit here anyway, play the game you love and then give us a reason to deny you your bonus. At Casino Tropez, that's just how we work. Deposit NOW! :D

This can only be a deliberate and deceptive exercise by the casino - even promo writers can't be this stupid.

Surely that should be 'deny you your bonus and winnings'. ;)

Really bad email

Plus, I believe all email offers should come with the bonus restrictions.

I learned recently that Casino Tropez is owned by Playtech, however no one confirmed this to me.

If they are owned by Playtech, its to believe they should be more interested in giving their Casino a good reputation.

Playtech.. Amazing software. Once again, so many scammers using their software...

Got the same email. What a bunch of decieving thugs

I didi notice the wagering restrictions, straight away, but I swallowed it, and just thought thats them at the best

They have now removed the picture form their server, which showed the pictre of Blackjack in the email. I have taken a screenshot of the email, however the background where it says "Is Blackjack your game" had a nice picture of a dealers hand playing Blackjack (or something like that). I can't seem to get the picture from my computer cache.

and also it is is tropaz not are tropaz...anyways that is some sleezy shit...good game for catching them

I got an email from Casino Tropez apologizing for the situation today, as well as a bit of an olive branch extended to me given the bonus situation.

I consider everything resolved.

At the very least, this brings awareness to the groups Terms and Conditions.

Hopefully they allowed play on BJ for the customers that took them up on the offer sent out.
