Hello,
What to do if withdawal is approved, sent out and told to be in your bank account after 2-5 days, but still hasnt arrived since 09.08?
No reasonable explenation from support.
 
Ask for the TRN - Transaction Reference Number and the SWIFT code of the sending bank. Then go to your bank and ask them to do a trace.

They'll know in seconds if the money was sent and where it is being held.

If the casino can't provide a TRN then they haven't sent the payment.
 
@ mirx112 : you submitted a PAB yesterday and knew that we were working on yet you are posting here in violation of the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures, item 2.3.

You may now consider your PAB cancelled and closed. If you come to us with another PAB in the future please respect the Policies & Procedures.

And it's too bad too because in spite of the problems with this casino (and others in the group) we are often able to get these things resolved. Unfortunately the OP is on their own with that now.

Just checked that - Tain Group - not the best reputation. I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole. Respect to you for actually getting results with them.

Still hope the OP will receive his winnings, won't be so easy now though.
 
Im new member here and didnt red carefully Terms. I thought discussion in forum isnt a problem, so im on my on again with this problem.

The OP and I have discussed it, I've impressed upon them the importance of reading and understanding the P&P, and I think we understand each other now.
The PAB is back on and I'm waiting to hear from the casino people.
