Hello,
What to do if withdawal is approved, sent out and told to be in your bank account after 2-5 days, but still hasnt arrived since 09.08?
No reasonable explenation from support.

Ask for the TRN - Transaction Reference Number and the SWIFT code of the sending bank. Then go to your bank and ask them to do a trace.

They'll know in seconds if the money was sent and where it is being held.

If the casino can't provide a TRN then they haven't sent the payment.

Sorry Max, I didn't know the OP has an active PAB regarding this case. Would have not posted then.

I strongly suspect though that they never sent the payment.

NP Harry, it's the OP's responsibility to read, understand and respect the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures.
It's not your responsibility to see that they do so, so no fault on your part AFAIC.

Just checked that - Tain Group - not the best reputation. I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole. Respect to you for actually getting results with them.

Still hope the OP will receive his winnings, won't be so easy now though.

The OP and I have discussed it, I've impressed upon them the importance of reading and understanding the P&P, and I think we understand each other now.
The PAB is back on and I'm waiting to hear from the casino people.

The OP ended up receiving a partial payment and little else. Eventually a Warning was issued: Be Aware - Casino Sieger: many slow-pay and no-pay problems
