I was looking for a contact to yukon gold casino I.e to the casino rewards family since I dont want to post my problem before I send the representative a pm. But I cannot find any n casino contacts. Does anyone know if there is a contact for casino rewards. please tell me if there is. thank you

If that doesn't work for you remember that you can always make a complaint to eCOGRA at www.ecogra.org/disputes - Casino Rewards group is a member of that body and you are therefore eligible for mediation through the FGA.

I cannot find Casino Rewards on their list so I cannot make a complaint about them. Maybe there not a member of Ecogra??:confused: or maybe Im just blind.:p Therefor I have descided to post my query here at the forum. To ask you all for some advice.

PLEASE READ MY OTHER POST IN THIS MATTER !! where I state that Ive contacted live chat a few times (some are copied in the post) , emailed support at the email you provided and got answers (copied into my post) and regarding the phone number! as I said in my post I live in SWEDEN and cannot use the toll free number. Well, I used it but didnt got threw, the number has no recipient.

I must comment your accusation of me starting multiple threads on the same subject. First of all "WIN BIG" In this post I am only ASKING for information on HOW TO CONTACT a casino . IF you had found the other thread you say was dublicated, and actually read it. you wouldnt make such a statement. . and secondly I dont understand what you are referring to in your last reply :

You think you got problems in Sweden. $10 ?!?! . I could tell you about some real nightmares here in the U.S. . Oh how I long for the days I could win 2 grand and cash out to Neteller. Even instantly at the Casino Action group .... Ohhh ..... dreaming ..... dreaming ..... dreaming on .........
 
1st of all, you basically SHOUTED at someone for trying to help, but yet you didn't specify in this thread that you have already tried those methods. You jumped on them, assuming they knew what methods you've already tried. How were they to know?
 
Here's my two cents on Yukon GOld. I used live chat yesterday to get an explanation about something called "3D visa verification". Spoke with someone called Sebastian who never could explain what it was or why it was in their banking pages at all. He kept telling me to register with this 3D thing, but could not direct me as to how to do this. I'm not trying to sidetrack the thread, just to point out that CR has alot of CS to learn (customer service). Double talk and jive is all I really got from them, so good luck with this bunch. As far as CR in general, what a joke. $10 for hundreds in deposits, BAH! I liken it to a store coupon for a dollar off something. Nice, but if you have to mail it, wait for it and then go cash the check, just not worth the hassle.
