Before I bother Bryan with pitching a bitch does anyone have any contacts at casino rewards? I can't see anyone listed under the casino operators.

They're trying to stiff me by making do the wagering requirements for the existing signup bonus even though I signed up years ago and completed the wagering requirements as they were then.

This was the unbelievable response from CS pointed out to them:

"Although the wagering requirements may have been different upon initial sign up, this does not mean that your wagering will remain at that level for the lifetime of the account"

Casino Rewards

I do not think Casino Rewards has a rep here. Is this your first deposit at there casino? if so you probally have to go by the current WR. If you made your first deposit there a year ago then you should have received your sign up bonus then.
Did you receive a E-wallet bonus?

Be happy you had a response.

I sent them an email on Thursday and still waiting for there reply

No, I signed up, deposited, received the signup bonus and cashed out years ago (early 2004 I think).

I've just been contacted by Simon (Support Manager) after sending them about ten emails regarding this so hopefully he can sort it.

Sorry you've been snared by the casino rewards favourite game, retroactive bonus wagering.

They are notorious for this practise across the internet.

They also like to send you tasty little offers too good to refuse then spring the old retroactive wagering trick on you.

These guys ought to come clean ,we dont give bonuses as we hate giving free cash away.

Best thing you can do is post here and everywhere warning any prospective punters casino rewards are not to be trusted.

Well my problems with these just go from worse to worse. After having been promised by Simon@casinorewards.com (a manager apparently) that he was going to sort it out, they've just reversed my cashin again.

On top of this, I made a withdrawal from Blackjack Ballroom on the 19th of DECEMBER that they still haven't paid me. Simon also promised that it would be paid within three days, but guess what that's over three days ago.

Claimed loads of bull stories that an error stopped it from being sent but this is the second withdrawal in a row that they've not paid me for over a month with the same excuse.

Just where exactly can you complain about microgaming casinos that aren't ecogra approved? Can you complain to microgaming, do they care?

I'll mp you a contact that may help.

I'm not trying to protect anyone here, but I don't think it's the right thing to be posting email addresses to the masses either.

I didn't actually contact them, Simon re-contacted me and sorted some of it out (he sorted out my payments), however he still claims they are in the right to change terms and conditions on me.

He quotes this term:

The Player becomes party to and agrees to abide by all of the rules, terms and conditions specified by the casino, including any revisions that may take place periodically.

Does anyone agree the casino is allowed to do this?

Legally, the Casino is allowed to do "whatever", as per their own terms.
If they accept to ruin their reputation with bs such as this though they have to live with the long term consequences..... Which will be the continuous loss of trust and customers!

They did not mention the carrying-over of wagering requirements for previously lost bonuses -anywhere- in their terms. This practice is a.k.a. crooked.

I've lost track of which casinos are what... Would someone kindly name off the Casino Rewards casinos for me? (So I'll be certain not to play at any of them.)

...There you go:

BlackJack Ballroom
Golden Tiger Casino
Lucky Emperor Casino
Virtual City Casino
Yukon Gold Casino
Zodiac Casino
Strike It Lucky Casino
Captain Cooks Casino (used to be such a great outfit long ago :( )
Casino Kingdom
Casino Classic

IMO it depends on what is stated in the original T&C's / Casino Rules that you signed up on. However, I also believe that if a casino is going to put BS loop holes into their contractual click wrap agreements to allow them (casino) to screw players over, then I would be closing my account/s and going some place else.

Obviously Jetset, CM, spear or someone else here will probably answer this better though ;)

Maybe an idication why they don't have eCogra seals ;)

Perhaps you should send an email detailing this to eCOGRA in case they do apply?

No, they are not allowed to do this. Microgaming, Bryan and anyone else with any contact with them would make them stick to the terms you signed up to I'm sure (in regards to the signup bonus that is).

Them even trying to do this is disgusting.

I can name you a large handful of Playtech casinos who will support the view that the casino is within its rights to do this.

Hey Jet did integrity casino group hold eCogra seals?

I'm of the belief that they probably applied for eCogra Seals and got knocked back. Or maybe they just haven't bothered as they already know they'll get knocked back. Which ever way it goes imo I'd be stearing clear of this group. If you remember the Yukon Gold fiasco, you'll understand why!

For those of you who don't, they were offering a drop $50 get $50 bonus. Some players were even sent this bonus offer via casinorewards.com on accountb they held other account with this group. Turned out that some people got it, but other were denied.

Reason being, support stated that they'd received too many bonuses and had to prove to the casino they were ligit players not in affect bonus hunters. Support then went on to say something along the lines of: We will credit the $50 bonus once you have proved that your willing to make mulitple deposits.

As far as I can recall Captain Cooks etc was not a "Play It Safe" seal holder. Whether they applied and were "knocked back" as you put it I have no idea.

Cooks was taken over by ITS, as you probably know. If funny stuff is still going as you suggest, it may be an idea to send an email to eCOGRA just in case an application has been made, or in case one is likely in the immediate future.

If that is the case, I should imagine it will achieve fast attention!

The Terms they are a changin'

Casino Rewards does not appear to think much of either this forum or the people who post here...

Generally these types of threads come from people who have lost more money than they can afford on the casino and are, understandably, angry.

Our terms and conditions have not changed for more than a year and players are fully informed if the terms and conditions are to be changed.

I didn't realize how bad this group had become until I deposited into an empty account, played a bit and withdrew only to have the withdraw reversed. Evidently my VIP points that I had busted 5 months before had some sort of never-expiring WR. YIKES
