I'm wondering if there could - or should - be some kind of standards set for the people who are listed as casino reps here. Like maybe they should have to log in at least once every couple of weeks and read their messages or something?
It's interesting that over the course of the last 6 months or so I've had to send PMs to 6 reps of accredited casinos - and I've gotten responses only from 3 of them - those three being 32Red(Nedplay) iNetBet and BetFred.
I understand that these people have other things to do than sit around a forum all day, but what's the point of having a casino contact that doesn't bother to respond?
