I'm wondering if there could - or should - be some kind of standards set for the people who are listed as casino reps here. Like maybe they should have to log in at least once every couple of weeks and read their messages or something?

It's interesting that over the course of the last 6 months or so I've had to send PMs to 6 reps of accredited casinos - and I've gotten responses only from 3 of them - those three being 32Red(Nedplay) iNetBet and BetFred.

I understand that these people have other things to do than sit around a forum all day, but what's the point of having a casino contact that doesn't bother to respond?

If you are PMing a rep for an accredited casino, and that person is not responding in an acceptable amount of time (keeping weekends and holidays in mind), then I need to know about it.

Many times the rep has moved on to greener pastures and the new guy is lurking around with a normal account, or just not at all.

I'm also in the process of separating the accred reps from the normal reps to keep things a bit more organized.

That would be helpful - also it would be helpful to be able to search (or sort?) by casino name, sometimes it's a little hard to find someone if they don't actually have the casino name in their user name. That probably won't work though since some casinos have several people to contact. So nevermind. :p

BTW I see that Chance Room is still on the accredited list but they sent out an email last week that they're closing down...?

... it would be helpful to be able to search ... by casino name ....

I search the Rep list by casino name all the time using the "Find" function of the browser, usually Ctrl-F. Works great, even if there are several people for a given casino or group: "Find Next", usually F3, let's you skip through from one to the next.

It's in the process as we speak (write/read)

Well ain't I the red-headed step-child. I never got the memo :(

Yep, that's how I do it to. It's not too much of a hassle. vBulletin doesn't have a "search this page" function.
