Good game by all! ! !
I would like to learn your opinion on a casino PLEX. I play in this casino of 2 years. During this time the biggest prize was 600 dollars. Average prize - 300 dollars. How many I wouldn't play - I can't rise higher than 300-400 dollars. I can't win back even bonuses which they give on the deposit.
Here my general deposits and prizes:
Deposits - for total amount = 6.240 dollars
General prize = 2.845
From them = 300 dollars the Jackpot - which pays to PLAYTECH on how many I know
I would like to know your opinion on a casino PLEX.
In your opinion it is normal when the casino declares that it has % payout-95, but the prize constitutes less than 50% of total amount of deposits?

Yes, it's called a down-curve on the RTP.
Have you ever made a withdrawal there?

Assuming by "prize" you actually mean "Cash-outs" - this has absolutely NOTHING to do with RTP - unless you are only wagering your deposit through ONCE each time.

Deposit $100 and place $100 worth of bets on a 95% slot - expected return = $95
Put that $95 through again return = $90.25... and so on.
Each time you make $100 in wagers you are "expected" to lose $5.
So by the time you have wagered Deposit x 20 - you should be broke.

In any event, the casino has no influence over the outcome of the games - they are all regulated by Playtech themselves.

I agree with you! ! !
But I don't see it in a casino PLEX.

I personally do not like Casinoplex but it has nothing to with your complaint per say. There are better Playtech casinos out there than this group.

The first thing you need to know is that the "average payout" a casino boasts on their home page has very little practical meaning beyond boasting on the home page. The reason for that is because that number is um... average.

Think of a hospital which decided to publish the average body temperature for all their patients on a given day. For some patients the temperature is normal, others have a high fever and yet few others are dead (so their body temperature equals room temperature). And then let's say it all averages out to 37.5 C (99.5 F), which is just a little above normal. Does this number have a lot of meaning? Not to me.

Similarly, in Casino Plex, the average payout of 95% is measured across all players and/or all games. I am sure you did not play all games they offer. So the number you are looking for is the RTP of the specific game you played which may equal 0.5% or 3% or 10%.

The other factor you need to take into account is the amount wagered. That can be easily calculated based on total lifetime points accrued, this number is shown right below the cropped part of your screenshot. In my case (attachment) the number is 5124, meaning that I wagered 51240 dollars in Casino Plex.

If you provide us with the number of comp points you accumulated together with the list of games you played we may be able to tell you whether your payout experience is reasonably close to advertised.

I have CompPoints= 11632
Level - 5 star

So you wagered 116320 dollars in Casino Plex. You did not say what games you played, but based on that most of their bonuses are slot-only and assuming a 3% slot HA your expected loss would equal 3489, which is pretty close to the actual 3397 you have lost.

It is a little difficult to calculate precisely, since we also need to factor in the bonus balance, and it depends on how you played it. Based on what you wrote you are not doing well in taking advantage of their bonuses, because you probably are not willing to accept risks and you typically make small bets. Completing the WR with a balance somewhere in between of D and D+B is a very bad scenario for playing with a sticky bonus. You should either loose it all long time before completing the WR or quickly secure a sizeable balance prone to future wagering.

Two possible (alternative) recommendations for you:

1) Make bigger bets and/or use the slots double-up (gamble) feature. Set yourself a target balance at e.g. 3*(B+D) and play aggressively until you reach it or you go bust

OR

2) If you are not ready to accept such risks and do not feel comfortable looking at the balance swings, simply refuse the bonuses, play with your own money, cash out when you are ahead even after a little play and enjoy your winnings every now and then.

I played on big and small rates - but it seems to me (only it seems? ) that there is "ceiling" above which to me don't allow to rise.
Otherwise than to explain such small and not frequent prizes? I won on the average 1 time in 3 months.
Playing in other casinos I such I didn't see
