Dear All,
Just received this message from Casino-on-net:
Dear Bryan,
Since we don't have the address of the Anonymous, we can't check his claim and respond to him.
However, I would like to explain our policy concerning closed or canceled cards.
As soon as a customer informs us that his credit card is closed, the Transactions Department updates our records accordingly and makes sure that no further deposits will be accepted from this card.
We also check if there is still a remaining balance on the card.
In case there is, we call the issuing bank in order to assure that credits could still be received by the card owner.
Usually the member still have an active account with the bank, so the funds are transferred automatically to their other account. In other cases the bank simply issues a check for the credit amount.
Once the bank states that the customer will not be able to receive the funds, we close the card for further credits as well.
Anyway, in order to accommodate the customer's request, we credit first the other cards, if any, (until their balance is cleared) and notify the customer that this closed card will be used for credits only as a last resort.
We follow this policy in order to avoid fraudulent transactions. By crediting the card, we can guarantee that the real card holder receives the funds.
As to Anonymous' comment about "IF you a one of the few winners", let me assure everyone that we have hundreds of winners and payout hundreds of thousands of dollars every day. One of the reasons we have over 700,000 members is that we approach every case individually and make every conceivable effort to keep our members satisfied.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Ruth Kitts
Transactions Department Manager
