I have thought that we should start a section for CASINO ON NET... Not to promote them becuase they are honest, fair and fast.. But in order to guide other players to this casino in order not to be cheated by other casinos...

HAS ANYONE EVER HIT A ROYAL FLUSH ON THE VIDEO POKER MACHINE AT CASINO ON NET????

This month Casino-on-net gave me $100 bonus in my account. I cashed them out without playing.... I received them!

I was given a $200 bonus August,1, 1999. They put into my account. Casino on net distribute $50,000 on their players each month!

Anon: if you played there, you would know that they give out monthly comps. In July, I got $200, which I promptly lost. This month, I got $100, and played it into a $1005 cashout.

WARNING!!! CAS-O-NET SOFTWARE PROBLEMS STEAL MONEY

Twice in the last month I have been given a "short" new bankroll balance after a partial cashout. Both times the requested ammounts($100 & $160) were correctly posted to my cashout record, BUT too much($150 & $190)was deducted from my playing bankroll. Cas o net did give me the missing $50 the first time after I wrote them. The 2nd just happened so Cas o nets response is not known. I'm sure they will cover but the problem still remains. If you play there watch out for their math; it doesn't add up all the time.

Just rec. reply from Cas o net:
"We have checked the records and found that due to a small technical glitch,
this incident occurred. However, this problem has been rectified and we
sincerely apologize for this.
I have credited your account with $30 and $20 as bonus."

In any event they take care of their problems quickly; Sunday night respnse time less than an hour. After reading LVHM & Steve's posts about credit card problems, I have pulled out all my records and am doing a complete audit of credit transactions. I have never checked to see if declined orders were billed to credit card anyway.

STeve and hit mob, i just found 3 declines that were billed to my card. Pro-cyber services
thanks for your postings. you just saved me $400

Hey , Mike C I played at Casino On Net too.
Hopr that I will not have any problems.

I am having trouble getting a red dice cube short
cut on my active desk top what is the problem?
I have hit
start, run ,
find folders and ect..
What do we do to correct the problem? ( I have
already downloaded the program.)

I have been gambling sucessfully over the past few years in several real casinos in Germany as well as in some casinos on the net. The last few weeks I have played blackjack and roulette in casino-on-net and this is my opinion: Their games are really unfair, no matter what you do in playing roulette or blackjack, mulitplayer or single, I have got the feeling that they are definitely cheating. Futhermore I do not believe that their multiplayer is for real. You can enter their mulitplayer tables 30 times if you want to - in let's say ten minutes - and you will never get to meet anyone you have met before. Their bet limit at multiplayer tables is $100, but I met quite a few players there who bet $200, $300, $450 .... and so on.

The only good thing I have found about casino-on-net is their support. I sent a mail to them twice asking for advice during the installation and registration process and received a prompt reply. They also gave me a bonus of $10 for having had problems in registering. Nevertheless I am not going to gamble any longer with them. A great support and a bonus of $10 is no use, if you feel that their software is biased and you'll never get a fair chance of winning.

Annette I have been sayimg this about CON for quite a while I dont trust them period, They have good support you say I am sure they do similar to first live

Annette play at www.ragstorichescasino.com the owner is really ugly but the games are fair

Dear guys!

Casino On Net have gone mad! They have changed management and started a big campaign of advertisments. You can see their advertisments everywhere on the internet.
However they seem and I am sure changed their odds!!!! Their software is BIASED and now you CANNOT win there!!! what about having a 20 in blackjack and the dealer recovers from 2!!!

Whatabout having a 25 blacks in roulette in a row! and when you bet on black you get red!!!!!

Please anyone who feels this post here!

They even used to give me a 10% bonus on all my western union deposit.. They started to deny that and they claim that they will no longer give me the bonus after I deposited $1700 and lost them all because of their fool software!

Well maybe 25 is possible but I've never had more than 13 in a row

I do know that 25 in a row is many millions to one chance. But since you are probably playing thousands of spins then it isn't that unlikely that it would happen.

Do not beleive me??? You should not beleive them!!

I will tell you what I also experienced:
1 made a real test and lost $1000 just to make the test and prove my self.

I made bets on all numbers keeping 2 numbers without any bet. Which means I bet on 35 numbers leaving 13 and 34 with no bets. I bet $1 on each number. I kept repeating this bet for 100 times.
The odds of the ball landing on one of the 2 numbers are 2/37 right? which means that it should land on one of them about 6 times in my 100 spins. Do you beleive that the ball struck 13 and 34 for more than 19 times in my 100 spin!!!!

I repeated the bet but reversed it. I bet on 13 and 34 and left all the other numbers open. for 100 spins do you know how many time the ball landed on 13 or 34??? NONE NONE NONE NONE NONE!!!!

IT IS REALLY MADNESS FROM THEM

Well Yani if what your saying is correct than it appears that the casuno operator can swith the games into different win/lose/even modes. I am starting to beleive that some online casinos can be set into varios payback or no payback modes at their discretion. I've had huge streeks from the 1st hand or spin, some win most lose. I've lost over 10 hands in arow in blackjack way too often, an occurence that is rare in real play.

Yanni you should contact the Guiness book of records look what I just found;

The biggest ever recorded run of one colour (just happens to be red) was red
occuring twenty four times on the trot and happened a great many years ago
in a French casino

I never liked casino on net their policy of making you wait a week before they consider paying you out is rather unethical, also the multiplayer games I found I was always playing with the same people even though they were months apart (the sessions that is) the odds on that ??

Also if you had no limit roulette and placed one dollar chip on black and "let it ride" for 25 games and black indeed came up you would win $33,554432 but having said that the odds on a black coming up after a black is the same as a red (unless the casino you play at has flawed software )

25 is not all that unlikely, I think it's just over 66.5 million to 1 chance. That is the chance from the first spin that another 24 in a row are the same colour. Bear in mind that the odds are divided by the number of spins. So if you spin 1000 times then the odds of it happening in those are about 66.5 thousand to one.

(37/18 raised to the power of 25)

Yanni, did you really lose 25 consecutively. Is it possible you lost 15 or so, then won 1, and then lost another 9?? In "Beating The Wheel" by Barnhart, he lists the largest # of losses (on an even money bet) in roulette history as being 23.

IF your loss was consecutive, then you have been blatantly RIPPED OFF and should take steps to immediately get your money back. Usually denying charges on your card is a good option, but I do not recommend it in this instance, since you'll be blacklisted in a negative data base and may not be able to use other online casinos.

My best advice to request an AUDIT TRAIL from Casino-On-Net. IF they actually send this to you, and it is accurate, pass this information to Sue Schneider at the IGC. Logon to the IGC wesbite and file a complaint:

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

(Casino-On-Net is an IGC member)

IF Casino-On-Net is crooked, they may try to disprove your results by tampering with the audit trail. (Possibly they might send a completely different audit trail to IGC then the one they send to you.) If this happens you are out of luck, and theres nothing you can do to get your $$ other than denying chages. Filing a complaint with the Antigua/Barbuda Free Processing Zone is also not a bad idea, but it won't get your your money back, unless there are lots of complaints on file, and the Antigua/Barbuda government is willing to resolve the matter on your behalf. The chances of this are extremely unlikely.

Contact Ernst and Young. They are the newly appointed "auditors" for Casino-On-Net. Let them know you have been RIPPED OFF.

During the latter part of last year, Bryan Bailey, the ADMIN of Casinomeister, removed Casino-On-Net from its list of reputable casinos.
I'd like to find out why!

Hi Dave,

Casino-on-net was removed from Casinomeister because of their pathetic customer service. After ignoring numerous emails they finally responded explaining that they had changed servers and they never received my emails (even though none bounced back). I thought all was well, but again they became unresponsive; thus their removal.

Bryan

It is true! They refuse to answer my e-mailes.
I asked for an audit trail, they ignore my e-mails.They used to give me 10% bonus on all my deposits because I was a big player there; and suddenly they started to refuse to give me the 10%. Last month I deposited $1600 but they refuse to give me a 10% bonus on them.
Today a friend of mine username is "smassad" deposited $250 he got the 10% bonus (me and him had a conversation with Casino On net last year) and they agree to give us 10% bonus on all deposits.

I e-mailed them today 3 e-mails asking why they give my friend the 10% but do not give me they ignored my e-mail!!! They owe me $160 for that.

I then e-mailed them from a new e-mail address but did not mention my name and asked them if they are up and running, they asnwered YES. I then replied and told them my name and asked them why they ignore my e-mails and asked for the 10%, they ignored this e-mail and all the e-mails that I sent afterwards from this new address were ignored too.

WHAT KIND OF CUTOMER SERVICE IS THIS<,????
IT IS CUSTOMER ••••-ER!!!

I hate to crash the Casino-on-Net bashing party but my wife made a new player deposit of $1000 on 1/15/2000, got her $200 bonus, got a random $50 bonus, won $75 gambling on $2000 total bet in blackjack, cashed out, and was paid very promptly. Of course I'm not disputing the bad experiences others have had. I can't speak about them ignorring e-mails since we never sent any.

I got a $25 bonus from cas-o-met. Ran it up to $100 and cashed out. Should rec. $100 check soon.

casino on net also continues to charge your card even when you dispute the nauthorized charges by them and furthermore is somehow able to force charges thru on even some closed accounts (closed because of their activity) I also found out certain online merchants can actally do this , however its usually an ongoing type of charge that falls into to this catagory, i.e., aol bill or membership type of charges.
This whole concept bothered me when I learned of it, but if dishonest merchants can somehow fool the electronic processing systems into thinking their fraudulent charges can be forced thru...then where does the stealing end... as it was Casino-on-net nailed my debit card ... another tough lesson learned , because debit card disputes are very tought to recover from, and those jerks got a lot of my money.
Here was a weird test I tried, and sure enough proved me right... I tried to process a charge on casino on net on my old debit card number, a catrd reported as STOLEN. Guess what I got an approval, and was able to charge several other deposits and guess what else... the charges did indeed get paid! I am now in communication with the fraud department of my bank which was able to recover so far over 2000 dollars. (not even half yet) so I would like to know how they managed to process a card that no where else I tried it would work??? Just a little info for anyone who cares

hi peanut
as opposed to your experience i have a very good
experience with casino on net and this is going over a year.although i lost over $1000 during this year i have also won few times and all my cashout were sent to my credit card or bank on time.

mike

In response to Peanut Butter - our security
department should get in touch with you personally
soon (by writing to the address you posted).

Sincerely,
Casino on Net

I was playing BJ on Casino-on-Net for about a month and got very frustrated at what seemed like unfair shuffles/counts. I rarely hit a double down or split even when the count was very favorable and the dealer almost always pulled a natural 21 versus mine. I had only about $40 left in my account so I decided to waste it on their slot machine since I had never played it. I was betting max credits ($3) and hit the jackpot of $1500. Needless to say I was pretty shocked. I cashed out and requested a check payout. Much to my surprise, I received a check for the full amount about 5 weeks later.

Well, CON will pay out IF you a one of the few winners....but they still insist on charging back your charge card (s) first. Even if you close a charge card account, they will deposit any winnings to the closed account, and refuse to deviate from this policy! I still cant understand why Casinomeister endorses them!!

Hey Anon,

Posts like yours really get my goat. Number one, we have yet to endorse Casino-on-net, but we are now in the process of doing so. They were one of the few casinos that were blacklisted here that I received mailings from players stating that they had excellent treatment from their customer service, fair games, quick payouts, etc.

For payouts, of course they're going to charge back your charge card first. This is standard procedure for most any casino. If a charge account has been closed, isn't it the players responsibility to update their account with the casino? They would probably need to contact the casino, close the old account, and open a new one.

Before spouting off here, do your research. Thanks!

I've just received this from Casino-on-net:

Dear HK Jaeggi,

In response to your Casinomeister posting I would like to share the
following information with you.
In our Blackjack game we use 4 decks of cards, which are reshuffled
after each hand. This is a standard practice for most, if not all,
on-line casinos. The randomness of the cards dealt is assured by the
Random Number Generator. This is another piece of software used by most
casinos, be they on-line or land-based (in video poker, slot machines
and any other digital games). To independently guarantee the integrity
of the software and fairness of the game, we have retained the services
of Ernst & Young, one of the world's largest accounting firms, to audit
our payout ratios.
Now, let's take a look into your personal history with Casino-on-Net.
Since you have been with us you have deposited $xxxx (ed. note: I've x'd the amounts to protect the privacy of the player) and cashed out
$xxxx. Even without taking into account your $xxxx jackpot win, with
$xxxx in net deposits you were able to wager $xxxx. This brings your
personal payout ratio to 97.7%. If we rightly take into account your
total history with us, your personal payout ratio is 103.6%.
Regarding your surprise about receiving your funds, let me assure you
that with over 700,000 members worldwide, Casino-on-Net has never failed
to payout. It took 5 weeks to receive your funds because you have
selected to be paid by a bank draft, which is mailed using postal
services of two countries that are not controlled by us. As you may have
noticed, there was no charge for paying you out. We cover all the
charges.
Thank you for the opportunity to explain. Your satisfaction is very
important. Please contact us whenever we may be of further assistance.
We are here for you 24 hours a day, everyday.

Regards,
Justin Hayem

Dear All,

Just received this message from Casino-on-net:

Dear Bryan,

Since we don't have the address of the Anonymous, we can't check his claim and respond to him.
However, I would like to explain our policy concerning closed or canceled cards.
As soon as a customer informs us that his credit card is closed, the Transactions Department updates our records accordingly and makes sure that no further deposits will be accepted from this card.
We also check if there is still a remaining balance on the card.
In case there is, we call the issuing bank in order to assure that credits could still be received by the card owner.
Usually the member still have an active account with the bank, so the funds are transferred automatically to their other account. In other cases the bank simply issues a check for the credit amount.
Once the bank states that the customer will not be able to receive the funds, we close the card for further credits as well.
Anyway, in order to accommodate the customer's request, we credit first the other cards, if any, (until their balance is cleared) and notify the customer that this closed card will be used for credits only as a last resort.
We follow this policy in order to avoid fraudulent transactions. By crediting the card, we can guarantee that the real card holder receives the funds.
As to Anonymous' comment about "IF you a one of the few winners", let me assure everyone that we have hundreds of winners and payout hundreds of thousands of dollars every day. One of the reasons we have over 700,000 members is that we approach every case individually and make every conceivable effort to keep our members satisfied.
Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,
Ruth Kitts
Transactions Department Manager

Yeah, re-read the above message again!! Even if you have told them that your account was cancelled, they will STILL try to charge back any withdraw...I had requested that any payouts be sent via draft or check, but they ignored me.....they are NOT trying to provide " customer satisfaction", they are trying to satisfy the credit card companys!!! Listen to us, CON, you should follow the CUSTOMERS requests, not the CC companys!

This is a grey area; certain casinos believe they legally must credit a customers closed account (as long as the bank will still allow credits to go through). Other casinos will just send a check directly to the customer. Both methods are legit, but from a customer service standpoint, sending a check directly from the casino makes the most sense.

Some banks can take up to 2 months to send a check to the cust for the credits to thier closed account. The reason is usually that a bank's internal auditing department needs to verify everything.

When a customer requests a check, why not just satisfy the customer, rather than keep him/her waiting and waiting?

There are numerous online casinos that don't credit a cust's total purchases back to the card, and only send checks. Two good examples are Bossmedia and Lasseters.

As for Casino-On-Net, Its initials are C.O.N.
C.O.N. = CON
CON CON CON

They refused to send me audit trails of my gameplay and that of a friend. I lost over 20 consecutive plays at BJ. This is the worst consecutive losing run I've ever had. I have serious doubts of the intergrity of Random Logic software, although it is still within the realm of possibility that the games are fair and I just had horrible luck.

Yanni from this forum lost 25 consective reds at Roulette playing a C.O.N. This is statistically significant since it breaks the Guiness Book of Wrold records which stands at 23 in a row for longest consective run.

Still, Random Logic ignored us. No audit trails.

Despite these problems, I have heard from numerous sources that Casino-On-Net's cust service has substantially improved recently. Maybe management has changed for the better. But I'll take a wait and see attitude. As far as payments go, C.O.N. is good at paying its customers (albeit after a ridiculous 5 day period + 2-3 more days to process and then another 2 weeks to receive checks.)

Attn: Dave R
I think you are starting to get the message that CON is sending....yes , they will pay off, but on their OWN terms.....hmmm, no audit trail reports? I wonder why....but I think you (and many others) are beginning to understand that Casino-on Net is really a CON!!! It is best to avoid this place until they change their policies!

My wife and I Played on the casino (
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
) on 01/20/2001 and deposited and lost $200.00. The deposit was accepted and no incident arose over the loss. Some time later we logged on again and deposited $300.00 and after playing awhile managed to win $5050.00. We cashed in and later recieved an e-mail saying our accounts were closed.
Upon contacting the casino several (10+) times and recieving very vague responses as to what is occuring with our cashout, I come to find out that they had no intention of honoring our winnings. They did offer, however, to return the $300.00 deposit. They never mentioned the $200.00 deposit and to this day (02/02/2001) they havent credited that back to my account. In other words they're keeping the money we lost.
They never sent me documentation stating that "I could no longer play on the casino or that my account was permenantly closed". I didn't falsify information ( Why would I? A check or bank account has to be in my name if I'm going to cash it) and when ommunicating with thier Security supervisor I've recieved vague and undetailed responses.
His reasons as to why they are not going to credit us with the winnings are unjustified and have no merit. I submitted documentation that they had requested at an earlier time but they claim they never recieved it. I offered to submit it again, but they never responded to that idea. It all seems fishy to me. This Casino does not have a telephone # and all communication was done electronically. Prior to this I've recieved solicitations to play, If I used a card that was near or pushing above its' limit I would recieve a "Decline Notice' that contained invitation "try another credit card", and if I lost they kept the money. Now I finally win an they refuse to pay me. Is this right? Is this Fair? Plaese tell me!
