A recent PAB regarding the confiscation of £1500 for prior self-exclusion at a related property resulted in this response from the casino:

Can I please ask you to refer **** to section 22 of our sites terms and conditions and to complete our internal complaints procedure.

If **** is then still not satisfied with our final decision, I would ask him to contact our designated ADR provider eCOGRA with his complaint.

We appreciate that players do reach out to your site for advice and assistance, but we would ask the players to abide by the sites terms and condition and escalate there complaint through the formal channels.

In other words they won't discuss player complaints.

Be Aware: Casino Of Dreams won't discuss player complaints, players have no choice but to go to the casino's designated ADR. If you have problems at Casino Of Dreams we can't help you.
 
FTR, Casino Of Dreams has recently reiterated their "talk to the hand" position on player complaints:
... we regret that we are not in a position to disclose or discuss any player information, either generally or related to a specific query / complaint unless it is with our approved Alternative Disputes Resolution service, as set out in section 18 of our Terms and Conditions of use.
