Hi all, before we start, I know this is a rogue site and I have every intention of never playing here again however I have a quick dilemma. I was given a 300euro cashback bonus last week and somehow I manage to win 1100euros even with the wager requirements. Now this bunch have paid out before but it seems to take up to 5days for them to process the withdrawal then another 3 for it to hit my account. I’ve been in dispute with my credit card provider for a while about how this place is illegal and unlicensed to UK players, I have evidence from gambling commission, anyway the card provider said I can go ahead with a chargeback to the tune of £450 with them. Now what do I do….how long before they find out about a chargeback and potentially stop my withdrawal? I don’t want to lose it but I would like my money back at the same time…I’m torn. Anyone have any experience on this?
I know Napoli use rigged slots and I even asked today if they follow UK law and they said they did! What is that I smell….

So just for clarity, you have won 1100 euros which you want to get paid, but you have also initiated charge backs? Are you doing chargebacks for all your deposits or only for some of them?

If they process your withdrawal before your back contacts them your bank will hit you with a cifs marker, use Google to see the impact this will have on you..

Just to clarify I haven’t done the chargeback but my card provider has looked at everything and said that I could go ahead with one if I choose….kinda feel I shouldn’t but then I’ve heard a lot of bad stuff about these people

Just a few of them but I haven’t actually done the chargeback

You have I think 180 days to chargeback. Wait for the withdrawal if it doesn't come then go for the chargeback

Why would you still be playing here knowing it’s rouge a quick google by someone from Monzo unlikely yes but… why are you logging in? Forget it move on charge back you wouldn’t of lost anything?

Someone from monzo? Sorry I’m not quite sure what you mean, plus if they pay out and I then chargeback then surely my card provider will take action against me? To be clear I only logged into the casino site as they’d put a 300euro bonus in, I’d not deposited for a while

be careful this is a rogue casino
I know however they have processed the withdrawal, my question was knowing how bad this lot are do I wait for the money AND chargeback the £450 deposits. And if I did what legal issues would I face from Napoli by doing so

Don't be a fire starter.. twisted fire starter. Just wait for the withdraw and if they give you the run around, initiate chargeback. I think getting the withdraw plus doing a chargeback would make you as rogue as the casino itself.

That was exactly my feelings on it, yes the games and their outcomes may be questionable but if they pay out then it wouldn’t be right plus I’d face some repercussions from doing so surely?

Bingo. Let it take it's course and see if they pay. If they do, kindly ask the casino to close your account and move on to a reputable one for future depositing. If they don't then you have the green light from your credit card provider.

Fuck that, double dip as if it was Britney and Jamie Lynn Spears
I’ve had temp 3.4K chargeback given back to me from Hsbc pending investigation against slotsnbets and redlion casino dated 7/8, what are the chances they take bake this money back as it’s listed to a Nigerian company for “merchandise” payfunnell. Will these rogue casinos bother contesting the chargeback at all?

None, but you might wake up some night with members of the Russian mafia at the foot of your bed.

Thank god for that, in all seriousness, would they even notice or contest it?
I doubt it, it's only a fraction of what they defraud each month. If they do, they'll simply sell your personal details or pass them on to the dark web etc.
