Slow Pay Casino Moons didn't pay me!

So I deposited at Casino Moons 3 times and then I withdrew 500$ of winnings. The maximum amount that they allow newer members to withdraw is 500$ per month, by the way. This first withdrawal was in October. It was refused as w.ell as the next couple of times I tried. They had every excuse in the book to refuse me my winnings. I have sent in all the required documents and met every other requirement, but they still continue to torture me and give me the runaround.

I have screenshots of every chat conversation and copies of all email correspondence. I did tell them that I was going to warn other potential players about their behavior, to which they replied that if I mention that again, they will consider my account a security threat and transfer it to their security department.

As of now, the latest withdrawal was approved, however it's been almost a week and I've still gotten no money. BE WARNED! Don't risk your money at Casino Moons, unless you enjoy being tortured if you try to withdraw.

I will post an update if I do ever get paid by them.

Cagedtiger, don't take this the wrong way...but why in God's name are you playing at places like Rome/Topgame and Casino Moons? You're in Canada, and can play at the cream of the crop when it comes to casinos. For Microgaming, stick to the 32Red Group and you'll never have an issue...payouts in 24 hrs or less seven days a week. Same with Inetbet if you prefer RTG software...or (while I don't play there myself), Jackpot Capital is supposedly quite good, although they no longer process withdrawals on weekends. There are also many accredited NetEnt casinos for a change of pace, or if you can stand the high variance, there is 3Dice. Most of the places I've mentioned either have no max weekly withdrawal limits, or in some cases, at least a decent amount. $500 a month is a joke.

Please stop playing at these places that you keep posting about. About the only worse places you could have chosen would have been the Virtual Group (RTG) or GoldVIP Club/Winpalace group (again RTG).
