Casino Max Withdrawal

Nothing bad everyone. Just curious if anyone has cashed out and how long was the process.


It's my first one with them. I know Karolina is with them and she's on top of everything.


Just wanted to hear other's experience. :thumbsup:
 
Well I am sure it will be within 24 hours or 48 hours once account is verified.

Never had experience with Casino Max, but most RTG casinos take about 48 hours in total for the money to reach your account ( I play at Springbok). This is for e-wallet.

I suppose you using credit card? Maybe a few days then due to swift transfer. Normally credit cards take longer to hit your account

I am wanting to try this casino and hopefully make a withdrawal, but they will not see a dime from me until their e-wallets are in place. I hate CC.

Yeah the rep is one of the best around. I requested it via FedEx and usually I get it the next day. I was told it will be processed today I should have it in my hand by Thursday. Will keep you updated.

played until i finally won $400..but my check was denied and my account closed because one of my deposits was made with a credit card that my wife's name appeared......wasnt even the deposit that i won the money on....this casino sucks..stay away.

Why would you be using your wife's credit card? Do you run this by their casino support before doing so? Using someone else's credit card - wife or not - is a fast track ticket to having your account shut down unless you are given the go ahead by their support team.

Agree - And I'm pretty sure they don't care if it's the one you "won" or "lost" on :)

I'm sorry that this happened to you however we need to follow our Terms and Conditions as well as casino policy. The terms clearly state that you cannot use payment option registered under someone else name. This is one of the reasons why the account was disabled and all purchases refunded back to the cards used. Despite the breach of T&C's we had other grounds on which your account was discontinued and refunded.

so glad to see you back!!! I am having an issue with a withdrawal. first requested on 18/19th. after waiting a couple of days and it was still pending. i talked with live chat and was told because i had withdrawal on the 14th. this would not be processed until 23rd ( 48 hrs after the week time period). I wasn't sure why it wouldn't be processed on 21st but ok. the live rep removed some money from withdrawal for me and i was told that even if i removed some more I would not lose my spot in que and AT THE LATEST it would be processed friday the 23. I contacted live support this am early as i had removed some money yesterday. Was told they would process asap " because it was me" - i guess meaning loyal player. at any rate, contacted them again a bit ago as withdrawal is still pending!!! was told the cashiers were super busy and they just didn't get to mine...told the live chat person didn't "promise" it would be processed.... sure seemed like a promise... and now I'm stuck... don't want to touch withdrawal, no money for the weekend and really frustrated!!!! leaves me wondering how much i can trust what live chat tells me .... no matter how much i like them.

I just checked your account and seems as the pay out was cancelled by yourself couple of times last week. If then after you re-requested it get back to the bottom of the queue. I understand that you wanted to cancel part of the pay out and play a bit but if this wasn't done manually any cancelled and re-requested pay out will go back to the bottom of pay out queue.

I can see that the latest pay out was requested 21h ago. It will be processed today for you.
