Can someone please help me with advice on what to do. Im an active member of the online casinos and have been depositing and withdrawing regularly for 6 years. I finally had my moment 3 days ago and over the course of 9 hours id won $101500 from my deposit of $12. This is literally life changing and gave us the feeling of hope that we would be able to make our sons future better as we have had alot of horribe events happen in the past 2 years that have left us in alot of financial stress. Unfortunately for us I didnt have any money in my bank to deposit that day and we had our best mate here and I gave him the $12 cash an he deposited it onto my account from his skrill account which I have a written and signed document here from him stating thats what happened. in the past they have accepted this document as I once before made a deposit from someone elses credit card and had to prove it wasnt fraud. they closed my account took the $101500 withdrawal from and said said its null and voided and took the $3400 I still had left. ive contacted them 4 times in the past 2 days to try and work this out and even negotiate my winning to half but they wont have a bar of it and just keep saying that its in their terms and conditions that they have the right to do this at their own discretion if they suspect fraudulent activity. they are not legally bound by this and have let me prove otherwise in the past but as I actually won ssomthing this time they have just said too bad. This is $100000 im talking about and to us its keeping our roof over our heads and being able to pay all the medical bills and equipment needed for our disabled 7 month old son. Surely I have some rights here as ive done nothing wrong and I won that money fair and square. Can someone please give me some advice or direction here as im lost and my family and myself are devestated and not coping with these events. This was literally our ticket to being able to survive and be ok and they cant just do this. I can prove there was no fraudulent activity what soever yet they wont even let me do anything

First off - I couldn't make it through all of your post because that huge block of text with no paragraphs and spacing was making my eyes bleed!

I feel your pain and am on your side, You won't want to read any further than this however :(

That sort of 'trick' using another persons accounts (whichever payment method does not matter) is in EVERY casinos terms and conditions as a massive " DO NOT DO! - EVER!"

Sure you say its been allowed in the past but has it been allowed with this particular Skrill account you used this time around, did you seek permission BEFORE for this deposit or just assume "Oh it was ok before, It will be ok now"

Sadly I feel you did not seek permission for this particular transaction ( If you did there would not be this issue, surely?) and the casino (yes probably due to the amount won) will use their T&C's against you and stand by their decision.

As I say always try and take a players side but if they won't help themselves then there is little others can do, In these instances (although I've never done it personally and never will) its best to see WRITTEN approval first for ANYTHING which steps outside T&C's and what would be considered the 'norm'

Welcome to CM, hope I get proven totally wrong (for your sake :p) and please use this next post ;)

i'm happy today if i turn a 50€ deposit in a 100€ withdraw, and others make from 12€ 100000, wow, so much luck, and then they realise fuck i did something wrong, or played in the wrong place and will never see my money.

i you play then deposit from your account, would have been easier to transfer the money from your friends account to yours and then to deposit. then everything would have been right.

What I mean is, that $12 must at some point have turned into $1000 for it to then turn into $100,000 in steps.

Any "normal" person would have called it a day at $1000 off a $12 deposit surely.

That is what I don't understand

Sorry guys, not really buying the story. And what a classic with the block text, i think the last 5 or 6 similar posts with complaints about non-payment had exactly the same format and all had some sad family story attached to it.

Skrill or Neteller or Ecopayz....you can always do a buddy transfer, no need to use your friend's account to deposit. And somebody who has gambled online for 6 years will know such things. And if you do not have an account you can open one in 30 seconds and can receive up to $500 without verification.

Whilst i have sympathy if the story with the child is true but it seems to be always a family drama when these kind of cases surface and so far none were genuine.

What i rather think happened here is that the friend's Skrill account was used without his knowledge and once the OP won the 100K he promised his friend a share if he writes him some letter that he was the one depositing into the OP's casino account.

Happy to be proven wrong.

life changing..disabled son..medical bills...12 bucks to 100 grand...had to borrow 12 bucks...
he never mentioned what his missus was doing with his mate while he was winning this money though?

Any sympathy went flying out of the window the moment you mentioned using someone else's funds to gamble.

I don't think anyone would appreciate finding missing money in their bank accounts or whatever, the casino has every right to implement blocks and highlight fraudulent regulations. I'm sure every one who has ever resorted to doing that has some cock & bull story

On the bright side, well done on turning $12 into 100K. I've done that a couple of times myself in fun mode too :cool:

The only time I turned something into 100K on fun mode was on Fruit Warp. And that was with a 5K starting balance.

Tell me your secret please. I may use it with real money (well that is MY money and not somebody else's of course). I will then post about here, minus the sob story.

Have a nice (or nasty depending how you look at it) Skill (not Skrill :p) or auto-reading between the lines with OP's such as this one (IE: Well trained eyes cut out all the sob story BS and zoom straight in on the "friends account" Jackanory - tell-a-story.

I was hoping for a response, more so when I said right at the start of my original post "you wont want to read further" just to see what they had to say.

Guess they're taking the time to come up with "Chapter 2"

I dont buy this at all ! Why a friend to deposit for the OP direct to the casino when you can easily do an internal transfer with skrill / neteller . Like paypal to paypal.

Awful block of text to read (PARAGRAPHS) please ...

but I really tire of hearing the hard up storys. Of just how much the money is needed. If its that bad a person shouldn't be gambling 1 cent. That aside OP can kiss goodbye to the winnings.

I don't think the casino will show you any sympathy for you as you did deposit with someone else's E-Wallet if you had an transfer from your friend his skrill to yours you wouldn't have had any problems and probably be celebrating right now .

Let this be a learning experience and if you want my personal opinion (NEVER GAMBLE AGAIN)

Just my 2 cents

to everyone casting immediate judgement, thanks for making a shitty situation worse.
my ' sob ' story is true whether you choose to believe it or not. our mate was sitting right with us when I deposited. I actually handed him the computer to deposit and he has written me a document stating this. I am also on my phone and whether I try to add paragraphs or not it always comes up in block text. at the end of the day I couldnt even tell you why I didnt just get him to transfer it to my skrill account. it was just a stupid not thinking decision but I can prove it wasnt fraudulent. All I was asking for was some advice as this is really big for us as my story is true and thats only just the beginning of it but I didnt think I would have to sit here trying to justify my son being born with clubfeet and moderate spina bifida or having to deal with being told I stole the money. Thanks very much for all the kicks while we are down.

I suggest you go find a lawyer.

It's against casino terms to use someone else's accounts to deposit.

You can look in Casino Mate's terms for their designated ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution), but I truly doubt you will have a successful outcome.

I'm not at all certain that you would have a sucessful outcome in court either, but for that amount of money I would be consulting a lawyer.

I'm sorry if your son has health issues, but it's not an important point with regards to your case.

I'm hoping someone can help me too please...

As a few of you know work has not been great lately and thus income greatly reduced for now.

Priorities being priorities I have more important things to worry about right now and cannot deposit anywhere near like I used to (which wasn't huge at its peak ) In fact I think I've managed one all year :(

Can handle this as I like to think I'm fairly in control and although I enjoy slotting, its not an addiction or something I miss too much when I don't do it.

That being said I finally got the biggest 'rattle' earlier and felt I NEED a session

Scrapping around various old clothes pockets around the house, down the back of the sofa, both kids money boxes, ashtray in car, together with ten minutes in Wolverhampton City Centre telling strangers I'd lost my train ticket, I finally amassed £25 - Happy Days! :D

Walking to my local shop (about 3/4 mile away, boy they tired bones ache) I hastily apologised in advance to the staff member for the amount of 'shrapnel' I was about to hand over as payment.

Asking and receiving with a pleasing smile on my face I collected my very hard earned "£25 Paysafe Card"

Before leaving the shop my mind had already been wandering onto the slots I had planned to play ahead, the satisfying 'crash' of the 3rd scatter landing, the 5th wild lining nicely up on DOA, the wait for some spins was finally over, I could feel the butterflies dancing away in my stomach, I was content :)

As I walked out of the shop , voucher in hand, a freak gust of wind (on such a calm day too ) came from nowhere, 'grabbing' the voucher from my grasp, lifting it high up in to the cold winter sky

I ran after it, climbing up a tree which stood conveniently directly under the escaping voucher which swirled teasingly just out of my reach.

No luck just out of my grasp, I watched hopelessly, almost sobbing as I watched my 'efforts' drifting away. All of a sudden the wind, as if a switch had been flicked, suddenly stopped altogether.

My hopes rose, albeit for a nano second as the voucher drifted towards me, brushing the very tips of my fingers but then falling away and coming to rest in the darkest, muddiest puddle at the bottom of the tree.

Hastily clambering down without a seconds though for my own well being I abandoned the tree and bent over picking up my now soggy pre-payment card.

AArrghhh, totally ruined, ink and print had all run. It was Game Over before I'd even started.

I've had a thought that If all the casinos I've ever played at life time reading this could Skrill or Paypal me just 10p, I'll have my £25 and planned session back :D

A truly sad but moving story, I'm sure you'll agree

Not buying it - too many paragraphs.

I was there and the story err "actual event" did transpire before my very eyes, incase no one believes it. You omitted the part where your wallet was stolen containing this month's rent and food money

I feel bad for the OP here but they ought to have known better. Everybody except newbies know that Skrill and Neteller have transfer payment to friends capabilities. Forgetting about that is really no excuse. The OP stated he/she has been a long standing customer for 6 years so should be aware of rules like NEVER using somebody else's acccount/card in order to deposit. No sympathy here. Sorry.

Well the OP stated: in the past they have accepted this document as I once before made a deposit from someone elses credit card and had to prove it wasnt fraud
Of course they accepted it as he probably lost that time. The biggest mistake the OP made was to play online were basically all sites are licensed by some banana republic, in this case Malta.

Huh.... most of the accredited casinos here are licensed in Malta and is regarded as being a positive rather than negative

Go to court against an Maltese company there and you will see.. That comment is from a lawyer from a highly distinguished law firm.

And they don't cooperate with other member states police, licensed several rigged softwares etc.
