Casino Lucky Club has blocked my account

Hello. The casino Lucky club for reasons unknown to me blocked my account. About a month ago I registered at this casino and activated a no deposit bonus.

I fulfilled the requirements for this bonus and sent my passport and bank statement for verification. After that, the casino asked me for a second document and a photo with him in hand. I sent all of the above.

After that, the casino started again for some reason to demand to send a passport. I began to resent and told them that I sent them these documents.

The casino responded by asking for a photo with a passport in hand. I sent them this photo. After that, they blocked my account. And when I began to wonder why they did it, they simply did not respond to my messages.

I ask you to help me restore justice and punish this dishonest casino.

You are right, financially I did not suffer, since I did not make a deposit at this casino. But I suffered morally. When I won at this casino, I was in the seventh heaven with happiness, I believed that this casino was fair and casino will pay me my winnings, but this casino just spat into my soul with such an act and my joy from victory was replaced by a big depression because of this

I think Lucky Club is the one that is part of the JPC Group? License or not, these were the only RTG Casinos i found worthwhile to play at from time to time..they have been accredited, don't know if they still are or not, but they certainly were o.k. in my book...
