I have been playing here a while now. And i get these errors. On microgaming games i get the message account could not be reached. This happens quite regulary when playing.
And on net ent games i get the game unavalible message. These things has happened maybe 4-5 times every session. But today i deposit 50 euros and every game is completley broken. Error after 2-3 spins. Then maybe again after 5-6 spins and so on.
I complain to support and they say its game probiders updating the games. And i ask why they make the games avalible to play why not warn players before they deposit that the games will be unavalible for a certain amount of time. I wasted 50 bucks and so i asked fore some kind of compensation that i feel i am entitled to in a situation lile this. But they would not offer anything.
Really poor casino practice.
Btw: same thing happened to me at bitstarz a while ago they resett my balance when the problem was solved.
