its such a shame that this thread has been attacked by spammers/fraudsters as I would love to see casinocruise accreditted

I havent been playing there long but since last month or so its on my weekly deposit list, support is quick, games are not lagging whatsoever, bonuses offered are good, withdrawal not the fastest but one of the fastest, only made 1 small wd to check the speed and it was withing 24 hours including verification .

1 Big big downer for me is that Dead or alive is not allowed when playing with an active bonus, I mean other casinos that offer these bonuses allow almost all slot games(albeit with different % contributing to wagering) but not allowing to play it whatsoever with a active bonus is what puts me off a bit as i only play 2 netent games and DOA is one of them

All in all great casino, wold be accredited with no problems

Well I don't understand it at all. The rtp are buildt in to that game too.
Of course people can win a lot on it, but we can lose a lot on it too.

I play other games too and not just that one, but it's the main game for me with or without bonuses.
I can't sign up somewhere where I never can take a bonus because it restrict what I can play.

If other casinos can have it contribute as much as other games then they should try that too. If it doesn't work, if they lose too much then they can go back to how they have it now...but it's an idiotic decision in the start. That's what I think ;)
 
Tirilej - I'm the same. I have fantastic bonus offers on the table now from Cruise, but there's little point when DoA is not allowed.
I'm not really that hot on bonuses to begin with, but occasionally I'd be tempted to take the odd one. Although not here, sadly :/

I can't imagine wagering, for example, £5000 without ever once playing DoA.
 
Documents were requested yesterday after I made a withdrawal. As I uploaded the images to email I noticed 3 of the 5 were over the maximum 1Mb file size.
I explained in the email that I was using a Mac (I'm pretty new to Mac) and have no idea how to resize images. Credit to Cruise, I received an email this morning at 8am saying my documents were approved and my account is now secure for withdrawals.

So thumbs up for that. They could have (and would have every right to) re-request correctly sized images. plenty of other casinos would have.

I also had this email today for the 3 mystery bonuses, but i can see the option to select the promo on the deposit page. Did they say why you were not elligible? I have only deposited here once as i had a couple of issues . Not sure i like the mystery bonus thing anyway im not sure exactly how they do it but i would probably get 1% :P

No explaination,the first time i spoke them 1 person told me it was a mystery bonus and after i had deposited i ended with another person on chat who told me i was not eligible but no reason why and i was just disgusted i told him i would withdraw immediately and couls he make sure it was repaid with immediate effect.
The offer is even on the webpage and i will be isterested to see what Lloyd might have to say.
I would have thought the chat rep would have had the authority to at least say yep we made a mistake by sending you that e-mail and a way of saying sorry i will offer you blah blah but sadly not.
Its been a lucky casino for me though i have not used it very often simply as i dont have it on my front page like i do with my download casinos.

And i hope he is not happy because with me it is a matter of prinsable.Would a casino like if us as a customer deposited,played lost and then decided it was an error that we deposited.

I think in circumstances such as this, the best course of action for the casino would be to honour the offer as a sign of good will. I'm sure if that had happened you would have understood that errors do happen, but would have been pleased that they didn't make you miss out because of their mistakes.
THAT is how you build up a base of loyal and returning customers.

Just an update following the minor problems getting my documents verified which is now resolved and payment came through some 48 hours later-

The casino is generous with bonuses and as I said I like the graphics so I've stuck with them. However, £950.00 deposits later with just the one £38.00 withdrawal, I wish I hadn't! I do know that the outcome of the games is not under the control of the casino and I do tend to play high variance MG slots at over £1.00 per spin, so I know my losses are my responsibility. In a way this relates to the new "MG Free Spins" poll, but last night after depositing £100.00 and receiving a £50.00 bonus which soon went with only one bonus round hit which paid just over £5.00 I contacted CS to get my RTP.

The lady agreed I'd had some bad luck, but was quick to point out the outcome of the games was not down to the casino. She also agreed to credit £60.00 in free chips at 40x wagering which was good of her to be honest (that soon went too!) however she could not give me my RTP and said she would have to apply for it from the software providers which was a bit unusual.

And it did improve (a bit) Lodged a £400+ withdrawal last night, but from £300 deposits. Nice to get a decent withdrawal at last!

Even if I went for the full amount, I'd need to wager £8000 which is under 13.5 times my entire balance (not scandalous). No DoA but that's the only restricted game I like to play.

There's lots of bonus offers with this casino, even after the welcome ones. These are great, but you get the usual £300 up and then the sudden run of dead spins just before you make the wagering, had exactly the same at Thrills last night too!

I didn't take the bonus after all (just couldn't bring myself to do it), I just deposited £200, got up to £300 and withdrew (I was actually playing for ages though and peaked at £400).

Hey! I opened an account on casinocruise about 1 and a half weeks ago. Had some very good luck and made a withdraw of about 6800 eur the 25/3. I sent in my id, utility bill and proof of payment, end got a email about me being verified friday the 27/3. Since then i played for some of that money and right now i have 6500 eur pending for withdrawal of which 2000 eur was withdrawn 25/3 but the status is still pending on all withdrawals. Ive been asking customer support several times why the withdrawal hasen't been accepted yet and gotten the answer "Your withdrawal is being processed by our financial department. As soon as we get an answer from them you will be informed."

Since the withdrawal is so big and thats a lot of money to me ive been quite nervous, but this monday i got assured by a very nice customer agent that talked to finance that atleast one of the withdrawals would be released soon and that is shouldn't be worried, since the withdrawals was big the risk department had to look at them so thats what caused the delay.

Since they're still pending today i talk with live chat again who tells me that i now have to send in a new copy of my id, this time notarized by an attorney. In 3 years of playing on online casinos iv'e never even heard of this before. And since i didn't get a reason to why other than "thats what finance told me" i don't now if i will even get the money afterwards. I will have to travel to another city and pay money to get my id notarized so it's a big hassle. Why would i need to do this? My id is new and also works as my european passport, all my documents are in order and all my documents have already been approved by casinocruise one time. And ive used the same documents on other online casinos with no trouble.

Could you please look into this lloyd? Thanks in Advance!

I suppose it's Every Matrix then that have asked for them.

Try to just get the police to do it since they gave you the passport and then it should be no problem as long as you are who you say you are.

Talked with customer service since I don't want to have to post it two times by snail mail. Sadly it has to be notarized by a notary public. So the police won't be enough.

Interesting it really is if it's Every Matrix who wants it, but it has to be.
Please keep us updated. I really want to know if this will be common practise for other people from Sweden.

The notary public stuff is utter BS and a stalling tactic. It's really expensive and proves exactly nothing, just that the notary public has seen the docs (not that they're legit). My advice is to set a wagering limit to $1 under My Account -> Responsible Gambling, this will ensure you don't lose anything back. Then go get the docs, send them in and steer clear from this casino forever.

I have got the same request from a Progressplay casino last year, but I haven't got around to actually get the docs signed since it will cost me €150+ and the withdrawal is for €500. The reason for their request is because I deposited with my MC debit card, and that they don't have that as a payout option. Will probably do it one day when I have the energy.

I just wanted to tell you that i think i know where the problem is now. I looked over my id pictures again and talked with tirilej and on the picture of the back of my id i put a small white paper over a few of the numbers of it. This due to being paranoid about emailing my id out and identity theft. So i guess the problem was with me and not casinocruise! I'll mail them my notarized id sometime after easter.

EDIT: So... that didn't last long. Still muling over this 50% up to £200 bonus. So tempting. DoA was rubbish so probably worth staying away from anyway - it's the only excluded game I would regularly play.

Deposited £300 and took a £150 bonus, giving me £450 to play with.
After wagering about £1500 I still had the original £450 so forfeited the bonus and was pleased to see my original £300 credited back as cash without issue. Now I can play DoA :lolup:
 
Decided to give them a try, signed up made several deposits not wins so I went to ask them to close my account. They convinced me to keep my account open with a few offers so I did, I made a deposit limit on my account so I wouldn't deposit too much and after that they closed my account for no real reason.

Also after looking around a bit on the forums it seems other people had similar issues, apparently because I self excluded myself from another casino after getting my documents verified you also closed my account. Just so you know this wasn't in our hands and we are doing what we can from our side to rectify and find some workable and logical solutions to the SE issue within the EM family of casinos. I totally understand your frustration.

Just an update, I got an email from support and they said I will be refunded my deposit which were made after my self exclusion from the other casino which should be all of them since I se a while back. Will update once this gets fully resolved or when I receive my refund.

Upps....Sorry that i did not do my homework and read the 15 pages of this thread..... i'll do better next time :) .... oh well, then they know what needs to be changed!!! and quick please!!! i still have my finger on the deposit button...150% just sounds like a really nice bonus :)

The max. amount of 200 is really strange though as one would need to deposit 133.33 to get it :confused:

Upps....Sorry that i did not do my homework and read the 15 pages of this thread..... i'll do better next time :) .... oh well, then they know what needs to be changed!!! and quick please!!! i still have my finger on the deposit button...150% just sounds like a really nice bonus :)
