Whine and Moan Casino cruise don't seem to value vip players

Hey everyone I just wanted to see if anyone else had problems with casino cruise not giving out bonuses and not very nice customer service. I'm a vip player yet never get any of the gifts or bonuses from it. I didn't get a welcome bonus for 100 free spins and deposit bonus and after much chasing up I got 50 spins instead. Casino cruise have a 3 tier vip level and when I asked which tier I was the answer is got was "well your one of them". Yes I'm aware I'm one of them but I'd like to know which but never found out. Never got a vip welcome bonus and never recived any of supposed benefits. Iv spent thousands on this site over time and all iv received is rude customer support who can't answer a simple question and act like I'm some sort of annoying problem. When I asked why I never get any of these exclusive vip promotions and offers apparently it was because the emails they sent me bounced. Seriously bounced? Yet I get emails asking me to "deposit today and play on some new game" and the usual promotional emails. I feel really cheated it's like the vip is just to get you deposit more and when you get the vip status you won't get squat, I feel part of it is because if they had given me the Cashback offers and all the rest it would probably of been a pretty penny which they didn't want to lose so it's easier to fob me off. Sorry for the long rant

I have got incidents right now.

I ask for any piece of advise to fight against this bad casino.

I have not had a problem with them only that its an unlucky Casino for me, deposit after deposit and no wins on anything for about a year now.

I am working on DOA at the moment and will get the Wildline one day lol

You've also submitted a PAB on this so please be aware of the PAB FAQ, section 3.12: further posts from you on this subject while I'm working on your PAB will damage or kill your chances of success with the PAB. That includes this thread and the others you've been posting in re Casino Cruise.
 
Sorry Marco I have no advice for you other than close your account. Iv since closed my account, as a vip player you are supposed to receive 15 percent of your money back every Monday. Iv been a member for months and haven't received a penny back as every week there is a new issue/excuse. For instance last week the excuse was I wasn't opted in to reciving this bonus. Even though I have no control over that. Only the vip team can opt me in or out of bonuses. So I find that amazing that on a weekly basis it just keeps changing.
