Hi all

I don't post here that often but I am an avid reader of your posts and a big slots player.

After a big win at Mansion last December, I gave up on Playtech and moved to Wagerworks/Microgaming and Rival. The worst six months online gamblin gever. I have lost thousands of pounds.

Anyway, I have stopped playing at these and started pouring funds into Bellini. Absolutely crap luck but possibly the best bonuses ever. As well as standard bonuses they have been very generous when I am unable to deposit funds for the next day or so. Online staff very pleasant too.

Am I missing something - should I be suspicious? Any experiences of Bellini?

Best Regards

I am a member of one of their sister casinos Casino Tropez.

The customer service there is good. Never had a problem with that. I also tried one of their other casinos Del Rio, as they plant trees apparently for every new member which joins. I am also a member of Europa and Cameo. The customer service seems the same throughout all their playtech casinos, so imagine it would be the same for Bellini.

I would probably avoid the bonus though, as the wagering requirements for new players are hard to meet. They are 25x deposit + bonus, and games like roulette are excluded, however a third of your wager on blackjack is included. But the bonus is only for play purposes, which means once you have met wagering requirements, you can't cash it out. This seems to be the same with all their casinos, so will be the same with casino Bellini.

If you can make it to VIP Level the wagering requirements for bonuses are much better, as a VIP member you only need to wager 10X deposit and bonus and you can wager it on any game you like, and each game contributes 100% towards wagering requirements, even roulette; which makes the bonuses more fun, but they are still sticky bonuses, which means you can't cash them out once you've completed wagering requirements.

I haven't really had a problem with them. The I.D. checks were a hassle, and took something like 2 weeks for me to pass them; but I do only have an expired passport for I.D, so that doesn't help much. But I did pass them, after many phonecalls and emails.

I did fall out with them at one point over something, can't remember exactly what it was about; but they went out of their way to sort out my issue and because of this I would rate their customer service as one of the best I've experienced so far.

Two things I don't like about them:

1: The chatboxes can be a bit annoying sometimes, an operator will engage you in chat at random moments to try and inform you about promotions. Or get you to deposit or join a sister casino. Which I find irritating.

However to be fair they have stopped doing that recently, with me anyway. Now when the chatboxes pop up on the screen, they just say hi and ask how I am doing and remind me to just click on support if I need anything. Which is quite nice...

2: The withdrawal process is painfully slow, much slower than anywhere else I have played. And the reverse withdrawal feature does my head in. It is really not good when you log in 5 days after you have requested a withdrawal and still get the message in the playtech cashier window tempting you to reverse your withdrawal.

But overall they are decent, and will pay you your winnings, it may take a while, but you will get paid. I've never had any problems with recieving payments.

I would avoid the bonuses unless you are very good, as I have never won with the bonuses. At least avoid them until you can make it to VIP level...

Hope this helps....

if you're not sure, try one of the accredited playtech casinos on here, the games will still be the same...
