Casino 33

For me this casino were rogue from the very first day, because i only played with the ND bonus and after this i got an email, which stated, that i should sent them my IDs and faxbackform and a copy of my credit card, although i've never made any deposit there!

i told them, that i certainly will not do this and this is not normal for a RTG casino, because i've played in 20 difference RTG casinos and only must sent in any documents, after making my first withdrawal, but never before and i only make deposits with moneybookers, so why would they have my credit card copy?

They answerd me only, that this is necessary to keep open my account and to show me in the future, that they are one of the trustworthiest casinos out there *lol*

I told them, if that's really necessary to keep my account open, then they better should close it, because i'll never play in a casino, which need my credit card copy, although i've never made any deposit there!

But now what i read here, i was right with my opinion at the beginning, that this caisno will be a rogue one!

No casino has the right to ask for credit card copies or information if you have not used that method to deposit.

Well no. I cannot comment on the particular situation but there can be many reasons when a Credit card is needed in addition to regular documents.

Keep in mind this may not mean the player is a fraudulent player, but might be a case of ID theft. There are hundreds (yes hundreds) of reasons for this to happen.

We try to run our operation as a bank. there fore when extra Id is needed etc, we most likely will NOT state why, as that is part of the security procedures we have in place..

Casinojack when I requested my cashout it was to quick tender and I was only sent $1500 and not the max $2500 why is that I know the max for Quicktender is $2500. I have since been paid in full but it was a very frustrating experience for me, kinda took all the joy out of winning the money in the first place.

I understand. I would probably think the same in your shoes. We have fixed this long term by changing the way we figure the float needed in the wallets for future. In addition, We are having a customer service meeting this week to get a few things fixed up. Congrats on the win, and again, sorry for the inconvenience.

Just got back from Fed Ex Kinkos where I got a receipt for them faxing each pg to your casino and proof that it was sent kept the original dates on it of 12/09/2009 just so you could see. I originally sent all docs when you CJ requested them on 12/9 to 33casinonews email per your website. I am going to play at another casino tonite so I will NOT be on chat. I will take the advice of the e-mail received and do that in the future. I am adamant about giving the little $50 to others who are happy with your casino. Pick 5 players from this forum who have gotten the run around with their docs like I have. As a token of "the little guy counts too."

Well, now that you have sent the docs in correctly you have been paid. We love the "little guys" but they have to do the same procedures as everyone else. I am not going to pick where you give the money if that is still your desire.

You did not get a run around. You sent the information incorrectly and you know that. I am sorry your experience mads you unhappy, but this was processed within hours once you followed the correct procedure.

Is part of the business, but sadly some players get mad when we try to put in measures to prevent fraud etc. It does protect the player and the casino.

I'd like to address the issue of requiring a credit card. Not all players have a credit card.

In 1981, following a trip to Europe that left a balance on my credit cards, I lost my job. My cards ended up maxed out, and into default, and it took me 8 months of working two jobs to pay them off. I haven't had a credit card since, and I have no intention of ever getting one. With the exception of a mortgage, I've lived my life "pay as you go".

If this kind of responsible adult is not the kind of player you would like, I'm glad I know in advance.

Boy Jonathan, I thought I might be going crazy. I know I don't require a credit card to play online, but it looks like I might require one to withdraw.

If I do decide to deposit with Casino33, it will be with my ID verified and approved in advance, a precaution I take with all casinos since while I do have government issued photo ID, I don't have driver's licence or passport.

I really hoped this one would be different since managment seems transparent and pretty involved with the players, but as they say, once bitten twice shy. I had a bankroll of $1250 counting my own deposit of $250.

My playthru was 37,500

I played slots.

My playthru is still 30,286 and I have a lousy 100.93 dollars left.

Comp points are 721. Unless some miracle happens, I can't see ever depositiing here again.:confused:

It does nothing but deepen my appreciation and loyalty to Cherry Red and Casino Titan.

So you wagered $7214 and lost $1150 - that's a return of 84%.
Not brilliant I know, but not so far from the 91%, 94% or 95% return (depending on which slots you played) as to say something fishy is going on.
Also, it depends on what bet sizes you were playing.

Also a bit pissed off that the 555 loyalty points for new members cannot be claimed although clearly stated there.
 
You are only required to send a copy of your credit card if that is how you deposited. If you didn't use one we only need the filled out faxback form, a copy of some ID and a utility bill.

One of the good things (and bad things) about the RSVS is that they are very volatile. This can mean that you hit a winning streak you won't believe and make out like a bandit or that you get very little return.

I am sure you have had both things happen to you in the past.

I know the site and promos are a mess, we are planning a major redesign of the site. I'd rather do it in one go than patch the existing site. So please be patient and it will be sorted out soon.

Jonathan, pardon me for being a bit harsh. This is the 5th casino I have taken a 1st time deposit bonus with in the past two weeks and not been able to make the rollover. I did not know the 10% cashback program was a promotion you have running, but thought it was just another typical lame faxback request that has been asked of me for requesting comp points, etc., at others. Sorry about that.

I have been playing almost every weekend at another place where I always play with a 200% VIP bonus and a 20x D+B rollover with no max cashout. In the past 6 months I have only failed to make playthrough there 1 time. Now sometimes I don't always find the cashout button, but still, I feel like I have fared well. So to have ventured out and have the first 5 new places kick my ass like that is something I am not accustomed to. Please understand. I

Hey no problem, I understand. We have a very similiar bonus for VIP's. Actually we have almost every type of bonus you could want from 50% with a 10x to 400% with 30x. Different people want different things and we try to cater to them all.

I deposited 25 and was up to over 500, when all of a sudden I get disconnected by an administrator and can't log back in. They tell me now that I need to complete the fax back form and send in my documents.....I never even requested a withdrawal yet. Is this normal folks? The deposits went in fine, but now I can't even play until this information is sent in. I totally understand if I had requested a withdrawal, I done many forms in the past to different casinos, but never before I requested a withdrawal.

For security reasons it is casino policy to require a faxback when a player has made over $500 of deposits using a credit card. I assume that is what happened in your case, though if you PM me your username I will double check.

There is no need to be concerned, as soon as we have your faxback form your account will be reactivated.

Sure I will add Neteller and Ecocard as withdrawal methods as soon as possible.

As to the barring, I am not 100% sure that is what happened as I do not have the username. However in my experience asking a player for their faxback when they have lost is a lot less effective than asking for it when they have funds in their account.

Sadly credit card fraud is a serious issue for all casino operators and we have to do what we can to protect ourselves. "Play and not pay" is all too common a problem. Obvisouly I am not in any way saying this is the case with chjr1973 but a standard set of procedures have been put in place to try to counteract such problems.

My problem lies in the fact that I was just booted in the midst of one of my best sessions ever, and right in the middle of a bonus round on Warlock's Spell for $5.00 a spin. If the $500.00 rule is correct, then the deposit I made yesterday should have been rejected from the start, not just booting me from the casino in the midst of a great session. I hit the bonus, turned to see something on the TV and when I looked back, I got a message that an administrator has closed my account. Just seems strange to me. But I will abide by your rules and I have sent the proper information to you.

I am sorry you think it is unfair. However we have received your faxback and your account has been reactivated.
 
These are 2 separate issues. They can ask for the faxback form and docs at any time and even before a withdrawal request. I have encountered this once though I forgot at which casino. However, unless they have very valid reasons, they should not bar you from entering the casino based on the fact that you have not as yet submitted the docs.

I have made a total of 4 deposits across their 3 casinos and for Casino33 I already had my faxback form and other docs approved because I am fed up with some RTGs with delays in withdrawals for this very reason.

By the way Jonathan, I know both ecocard and neteller are now live as banking options and while deposits are ok withdrawals cannot be made using these 2 e-wallets. can you kindly look into this.

Neteller and Ecocard are both now available as withdrawal methods in the bank, thanks for pointing out that they weren't there.

No, i quit doing any forum that is not affilaite related. Feel free to roast all you like, is the power of forums. I have a very thick skin, is part of the business. I am still active on many casino affiliate related forums, and other internet marketing related forums. Is very time consuming to do both, and I will miss posting here as often.

EDIT: Note also, the "roasting" was by forum(s) participants who quote things out of context and just want to hear themselves. Basically, people with their own agenda that do not want a 2 way conversation. They claim they want casino reps to be more open, but them same them at the same time, basically many of them have no lives, and just start things up. really, sadly, no value for either party is evident. I thought when we first started, being active on those forums would help my affilaites and our business. Though we have had some bumps, has anyone not gotten paid? I think we do a much better job then others in responding to issues. Any rate, you all have made me feel welcome here since day one, so thanks. Ok, off soapbox.

Im not trying to be sarcastic or anything, but what in the world are you talking about? Your post makes no sense to me...
