I sumitted a cashout on wensday afternoon. Come friday morning nothing was done. So I started a chat session. The person talked to the cashier. And then told me that the cashier would cash me out that day. Well it never happened. They do it all the time just before the weekend. They don't cash you out in the hopes that you redeposit!!! When you ask for a cashout it means CASHOUT!!!!! Not play mental games!!!

It usually takes 48 hours(working days) to approve, but I would contact them on monday morning when cashier is in

This is a bit true, CWC will sometimes not approve your w/d before the weekend, and although the players cannot prove that they are looking for you to reverse, it sure seems that way to us when we have to stare at that money the whole fun weekend and try not to play it back. I just look it at as casino cat and mouse, what can you do? I still think CWC is an awesome group, I know they will be paying.

That being said, met, just leave that money alone, you will get it next week.

Mental games? Really?

The casino processes after 48 hours, and I also believe it is UK time, so it might well have been Thursday when you cashed out. Even so, the way you describe it, you didn't allow them 48 hours anyway, and since you have cashed out before at that casino, you would have been aware that it probably wouldn't be done before the weekend, so I don't see where they have sleighted you so badly.

If you don't want to reverse and play.....don't. You can't blame the casino for your own lack of control. Just find something else to do.

We will get paid. HOWEVER, I have to agree, approval times are getting out of control at Lucky Red and Manhattan Slots. It does NOT take 48 hours anymore. I had a withdrawl request submitted on Saturday, by end of business Tuesday nothing had been done. Like a silly fool I reversed it, like a lucky fool I added $900 to my winnings but now the waiting game begins all over again.

I'll tell you something. You're from the US. If this situation freaked you out this much, then do yourself a favor and don't play online until it's legalized in the US.

For the past few months there have been consistent delays in payment to USA players. Even if this isnt solely due to the fault of CW they should try to make amends by shortening the pending period for them to say 6 hours. Its within their powers to do so and whilst I cant speak for other players from non-USA jurisdictions, personally I believe they should be granted these priveleges. Not too much to ask, is it?

No Chu, it is not to much to ask, but it won't happen. Look at the delays CWC had during their Xmas freebies. It was suggested a year prior to that, that CWC either employ more people to help with withdrawls or train people who were already employed to help in their busy times. That didn't happen and to be quite frank, that was an excellent suggestion.

It appears to me that the attitude the casinos (and not just CWC) have are "When we get around to it". Which is just horrible. Don't advertise something that you the casino have no intentions on honoring. The delay in receiving your withdrawl if you are in the US is understandable, while the delay in processing your withdrawl is not.
