Signed up and my account was instantly blocked and wasn't able to login. I assume it must be linked to closing my account at Guts several years ago.

Yes indeed it is that, we use the same software and licence as GUTs, and when you self exclude from one you self exclude from all.

Signed up last week, deposited 20 euro, and by the time my bank changed extra fees, it cost me slightly over £20. Needless to say thats the last I'll be spending here until they can accept £'s :(

We are very sorry to hear about this, and rest assured we are all working very hard behind the scenes to add GBP. I cannot give you a date yet but it is one of the top priorities that we have right now, and hopefully it will be quite soon.

Joined today, verified my email, logged in and immediately my account was blocked :rolleyes:

I did believe the casino was stand alone and not connected to Guts in that respect. Haven't read this entire thread so I'm sure how it all works.

The connection is that they share the MT Secure Trade license. So any previous SE's automatically cause a block

Sorry it has been a while, we have been very busy improving things and making plans with Benny The Bonus Manager, more to come on that later I am sure!

Thats good news, I haven't deposited since my first deposit because of the high charges, not your end, but what my bank charged me :(

The old account stays the same and is still active in Euros. We did not change all accounts by default as some players prefer to remain in Euro.

However, if you wish to change to Pounds then contact customer support on Live Chat or by Email, then they will assist you closing your Euro account and open a new one in Pounds.

The main rule must be that you only have one active account.

ii) Will this ever create a problem if players get lucky and the payments team spot they have had 2 accounts (and thus 2 SUB's) (although never open together) when it comes to processing a withdrawal and refuse winnings?

You must however, as we have all said, close your old account first and liase with customer service via chat or mail. Also, this is important for any affiliates here and I know there are many. Apologies if I missed this, but I wasn't aware there is an issue here? The UKGC governs and licenses all UK based players but Irish players should always be able to play under the MGA license. If there is an issue contact support but this should not be an issue at all. Obviously the account will be in Euros.

Can you look into that for me please as if i try to register it does not have the Irish international code so unless it needs updated by you guys i think its still a no no.

Tried out Cashmio for a short session tonight. Everything ran smoothly, good selection of games and a decent layout to the site. Managed a little withdrawal and being a MT Securetrade site I don't expect any delays with the withdrawal.

Seems like a good casino. :thumbsup:
 
anyone managed to sign up for a new account yet?
still won't accept my email address so will just leave it until tomorrow

After chatting with customer service I deleted my account then tried to resign up with the same email but it kept telling me to do one. So I used a new email address to sign up only to find "your account has been blocked" with no live support now available. :(

I had a feeling this would happen with the registration & security checks casinos have in place.

Decided to leave it tonight and (sorry Col) glad I did.

Will defo re join in (£) but wait till its sorted and the re-register block is problem free.

I can see there are some small issues here. I have today confirmed with one of the owners that UK players are able to ope new account AND he even generously agreed to in effect allow them to have a second welcome bonus. This is confirmed.

I understand it is frustrating the Customer Support were not fully able to process this, and they are not 24 hours. The truth is that I personally called one of the owners in the early evening and he agreed to make this double bonus exception.

I am quite sure when he is in the office tomorrow all issues will be smoothed over.
