Congratulations

However I thought that Cashmio was a white label brand on the iGaming Cloud platform and not owned by Gaming Innovation Group?

If so, they are not publicly traded. At least not under the GIG umbrella.

OK Keith I am really sorry to post this but I do have a couple of negative comments. Firstly, I can't complain as I have a withdrawal for $100 on a no deposit offer. It was requested on Nov 3rd. Sent in docs -- had to send them in a couple of times as they did not have them. I had asked on the chat line on Monday (may have been Sunday) if the withdrawal was processed. And the person I spoke to said, yes, it's been approved. Just got off with chat now and she just said, "yes, it's just been approved". I told her I was told that on Monday and she could find no record of the chat. Again, it was a no deposit bonus so I do not want to make this overly negative. But, I had the same type of experience when asking if my documents were approved. One agent said yes, the other said they didn't have them.

It appears you must charge for deposits using Ecopayz. There was no mention of any fee when I deposited.

And thirdly, being from Canada I usually play at night. No help at night which most times does not matter but it did matter a couple of nights.

Again, I am sorry for the negativity but you know that I was totally impressed in the beginning. I still am but do not like conflicing stories. I will wait and see if this time the withdrawal does actually go through. Oh, that is the other thing. There is no email sent or anything to let you know when documents and withdrawals have been approved.

I am reluctant to place another deposit now due to the problems I have encountered.

Hi Barbara,

Firstly congratulations on your win and there is certainly no need to apologise, if you do not feel something is up to standard then we want to know about it, put it right and improve.

I will speak to the Casino Management first thing tomorrow, it can be frustrating as we are not big enough to be 24 hour or well we do not have enough non European customers to justify it being totally frank. But I will get all communication checked be it chat or email, and one of the Casino team will get back to you tomorrow.

Can you just send me your username by private message so we can find you!

Cheers
Keith

Don't worry Barbara I am sure Keith will fix it for you what ever the problem is, congrats on the win

I had a withdrawal last night and five hours later my money was in my account. My docs were approved, they also did not send me an email to let me know that but I think its this stupid Outlook email.

When you log into your account you can see where your uploaded documents is, it should state next to it whether its approved or not :)

Good luck and keep winning

Oh here he is typed at the same time, good on you Keith :)

Hi Keith. I have PM'd you but I absolutely do not want you to waste any time on this. I was assured today that the withdrawal was processed today. Probably because it had to go through the bank is what took so long. It was just the conflicting info given that bothered me.

I absolutely understand you not being able to provide a 24 hr chat line. I rarely need it so I am sure us Canadians can live without it.

And Keith I have to say that I think you are a terrific rep. So quick to reply and always on top of things.

Thanks Mina. Always grateful for a withdrawal but I'm sure it will be going right back in as usual. LOL.

Ain't that a fact lol.

Invested £25 at 7pm from the Wild Line I fluked last night. 7.12pm BUST on small bets too and with a 50% match :eek:

Oh well early night

(Wasn't Cashmio BTW just a general reply to your post :p)

Ahhh... you took that LeoVegas offer too. I think I busted in about 15 minutes. Deposited at Videoslots and busted out there too. I'm too stupid to call it an early night so I will be depositing somewhere tonight. So, I have pretty much spent that $100 already before it even hit my bank.

Hi Keith. I have just one more comment. It would be nice if the games were split up by provider. I cannot play some of these games and don't realize until I click on the game. Promise. No more negatives -- will all be positives. Just deposited so here we go!

Thanks Keith.

I think I deposited here 2 or 3 times now. Everything is working as it should. Very nice Site-Layout. I like it alot, that you can check your wagering status with the Game open. Not all Casinos offer this possibility.

Then I want to give you a thumbs up for your customer service. Last night I deposited 30€ in order to get the 40FS on Warlords. My deposit was successful but the coin wasn't activated. So I haded over to the Livechat which wasn't available. But I used the "leave us a message" - Form and explained my Problem. As I didn't wanted to wait, I played with the 30€ made some winnings, cashed out most of it, busted with the rest.

This Morning I got an Email of the Cashmio- Customer Service, which stated, that they activated the coin and were sorry for the Problem. This was like 8 hours after I deposited. The Timeframe and the fact, that it is a saturday really impressed me. Keep the good work :)

@alexCashmio

Hey Alex, why is this affiliate using adverts on facebook that are targeting children (minions characters and it was seen on a facebook account of a 15 year old) with no terms and conditions? No 18+, no gambleaware link etc etc.

WTF does 'Cashmio has all your favours' mean?

cashmio.webp

Good to see the calibre of affiliates at an all-time high, both grammatically and ethically.

For the record, my favour game right now is Bonanza :what:
that's 'Bondanza' :P

Hi Col,

I cannot say I´ve approved any such marketing, however, in this case, Facebook doesn't allow such direct marketing content and any related accounts should be closed down if facebook handles this correctly.
On another note, UK legislation is only related to UK related sites. As Facebook is international, it´s a thin line, but the actual FB group or similar needs to imply they are aiming for UK users for the legislation to take force.
I will regardless look further into this, as Facebook shouldn't allow such direct marketing.

As for the spelling, If I would check the spelling of all our affiliate marketing content, I would need a crew of 10 people :D But most definitely they mean favorites.

Hope my reply shed a little light.

Thats a bit of a 'wash your hands reposnse'. Not something I expected from an MT Secure site, considering how much the other affiliate programmes for casinos under the same license have been clamping down recently.

The advert was seen on a UK facebook account therefore the advert was targeted at UK customers. I have used FB advertising, I am 100% certain about that.

You are also wrong, in my opinion, about your interpretation of UK legislation. As an example, EVERY website is international (ignoring geo blocking). I have to follow UK rules if I have a .com website, unless I geo block the UK.

Here is another of their child friendly adverts

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

If you look through their page, it is clearly aimed at UK customers. Posts regularly feature UK racing tips, UK football posts, posts of loaves of UK made bread :D (Warburtons) and of course the little fact that their review states values in £'s (xxhttps://Old / Expired Link) and just to be clear, that UK targeted advert clearly features a minions type character at the top of the page too.

If you’re looking for a first deposit bonus, then Cashmio can give you one of the bets in the business. You get a bonus of 100% (up to £100) and 50 free spins on a slot machine called Warlords: Crystals Of Power.

If you would like me to report these adverts to the ASA and UKGC for them to rule (bearing in mind, if there are breaches you are likely to be fined rather than the affiliate) then by all means let me know and I'll make the reports tonight.

Hi Col,

Thank you for being vigilant and staying updated on this subject. I´m sorry for my longwinded response that might have been perceived wrongly, it is of course not okay to target these ads for UK users. As I mentioned, I will look further into this.

Thanks yet again,
Alex
