Cash out issues (iNetBet)

I had more problems with my 1st cash out here also than some of the rogue casinos. They also have withdrawal to credit cards in the cashier which doesn't work. 1st cash out of the month is supposed to be free for a check and I got charged $50 which is a ridiculous fee to begin with. They are now on my no play list.
