I have placed an ACH request, They claim to process the request by the next day. All my documents are in and I have confirmation from customer service. Should I be aware of any delays with this casino?

As far as I am concerned, they are one of the best, if not the best, RTG casinos around. The rep here is excellent.

That said, there is one thing you have to take into account. They do not process withdrawals on weekends. So from Friday to Sunday, expect nothing.

I've never cashed out via ACH but I don't see that you will have a problem with CW at all.

ok thanks I have cancelled withdrawal before to play some more but not this time. I will wait as the request is in. Even if its a week that's fine.

Payout times seem to be different with them lately.

Normally withdrawals are processed within a day, but sometimes it seems to take a week due to "a very busy cashier". I shouldn't worry though, since they always pay

I always thought the standard for ach from request date to receipt was 7-10 business days anyway. As long as I get it is all.

I always pay and cashout to NETELLER. It usually takes less than a day.
I don't know about the other cashout options since i don't use them.

yes that was the case for most of US players with QT as well. Losing QT is a huge blow to these casinos with over reliance on USA market. It's just not as convenient anymore.

For any who receive checks, please don't count the money as 'yours' until quite some time has passed. I know I'm a 'negative nanny' (sorry :( ) but checks can bounce... your home bank can refuse them, or the processor (along with the money) that wrote them can do a runner or be seized.

That's why I have always used ACH for the transfer of funds to my credit union. I fear that a check (even though checks are drawn on a US based bank) could raise an extra level of scrutiny before access to bank funds.

With ACH the money is instantly in the account and available for use. I have never had an ACH problem.

I did an ach and courier thru club world and adladins and beginning of month. The ACH took longer because they were using new company but did receive on 7th business day.

My ACH was approved on Wednesday 5/18 arrived just a few minutes ago from Aladdins Gold. So it is the same 7 business day timeframe you referenced. Life is good, even though at a slightly lower pace.

Automatic Clearing Housing - similar to a wire transfer...

it's not that similar to a wire transfer.... it's more like a direct deposit.

Wire transfers are very expensive and can be almost instantaneous. ACH deposits show up the next morning after they are authorized, and banks don't charge you for them

has anyone ever tried to cash a courier check from a accredited casino? i mean like going to the ace cash express and asking them to cash the check instead of involving the bank? i know theres fees but almost worth it if they cash it free and clear. my bank would probably want to hold the check to make sure it clears. and if asked where the ck came from and what it was for .... what would i say???

Not true in my case. Even if I take the withdrawal as an ACH, which last time clubworld required me to. It only took a few days, but my bank still showed it as an incoming wire transfer and charged me a 15 dollar fee for the incoming wire transfer, as well as the processor took a fee out as well, just can't remember how much. Anyways, it cost me the same as a wire transfer and showed incoming as a wire transfer but was requested as an ACH and just took longer. lol But still happy with the process, just thought it was interesting.

Cashout?

Cashout? What the hell is that? ;) I have had the worst luck ever at all CWC's.

BUT.....I wish everyone who is cashing out continued success!!! With all the recent developements in the gaming industry, it is nice to see a group of reputable casinos are still working with players to ensure they get their winnings.

All the best,
LH

Pretty Nervous too

Made a large withdrawl request today at High Noon. I noticed that QT was missing from the withdrawl option list and was told ACH was my only option by their live help rep.

I was told that the process will take 7 business days to process as well. I'm crossing my fingers. My last attempt at ACH withdraw with CWC group sat pending for a week (in March) before it was returned back to my balance due to processor issues.

There is no reason they should ask... But if they do, tell them you did some 'contract consulting' for an overseas firm and leave it at that... If its coming from a casino who doesnt have their head buried next to their colon, its not going to be written off of a casino account, or reference the casino or anything like that. So, that being said, even if its drawn off of a bank that doesnt do business in the US per se, its most likely a 'bank draft' or 'cashier's check' that is written off of a bank who at least as an affiliate banking partner in the US... And if its one of those two types of checks, the affiliate partner bank should have no problem cashing it for you, as when the issuer funds and buys those types of checks, the money is held in escrow basically, and held behind specifically for the purpose of funding the bank that cashes that check...

What I know

Most courier checks must be deposited and not cashed, per instructions I have received by every casino sending me a check. I have always deposited them with two of the largest banks and never had a problem. I wouldn't however even accept a check if it is 5000.00 or up as that does get cause several bank policies and regs to "kick in" by law. You can read about that on bankers.com and on the fed websites

@ foot dr. and 3emptyseat. thanks for that info. i wrote your suggestions down in for future reference. just in case.

Re: Club World times are getting longer (again)....

Per Ivet in the Club World Group Cashier department this morning, it is now taking up to 10 business days for ACH or wire transfers to arrive. I am at day 9 today for my final Aladdin's Gold w/d. So I went online to inquire.

I have done many in past, last few took 7 and 8 business days to arrive. So with today being the 9th business day without funds, I inquired.

FWIW
