some months ago, they did offer to me $20 deposit and 500% bonus($100 bonus)
I made deposit $20, and played and completed it's wager requirement
and cashed out about $100. (with profit about $80)
anyway they paid to me by neteller.

a few days ago, they again sent email to me offer $20 deposit with %500 bonus.
I did attempt loggin to the casino.
but my account was blocked.

sent to them email, but they just ask me phone call to them.
I am not a english speaker. so gave up call to them.

why they closing my account without any reason ?
and why do not explain with email ?

Unfortunately every casino has the right to close the account of whoever they wish.

As long as you do not have any funds in there, then there is no issue really. I wouldn't worry about it TBH.

To many rules

Casinos these days have to much power. Can close your account no matter what. Imagine a Land casino throwing you out just because they feel like it!!! ha ha ha Starting to not like the whole online casino thing at all.

Any business can refuse service to a customer if they feel like it. I'm sure many land casinos have asked people to leave for whatever reason they want.

How about?

Yeah they can. However how about when you win at a land base casino? Think they are going to throw you out. No way! They want you to eat and play some more right at their casino. Some online casinos you win once and your banned!!! From their casino and their sister casinos! What a Joke! :eek2:

Land casino don't (often) offer promotions that give the player the edge. Online casinos do. Huge difference.

Very true

Yeah your right promotions and the famous online casino bonus is huge. This does make it a little more fun to play online then at a land base casino. Your not getting a bonus there.

You will be surprised I remember hearing about a brick and mortar casino (in Canada, I think) that banned people who hit a royal flush at video poker. Weird things happen not just online.

I have no problem with casinos banning anyone, as long as the player is paid the full amount he is owed, but it makes no business sense to ban a player from playing negative expectation games. As long as there no fraud involved, barring a player from receiving bonuses should be sufficient.

In general a company can freely decide who it wants to do business with subject to certain anti-discrimination laws, although Ken Uston had a famous lawsuit against an Atlantic Casino and established that card counting is not a legal basis for banning someone from a casino in New Jersey.

Don't like when you win

Yeah I guess no online casino or land casino really likes when you win. Bottom line. Wow banned for hitting a Royal Flush!!! Ouch!!

Heard something about that law suit. Do you remember if he won? Can't remember.

They closed your account because you won, plain and simple.

Playtech casinos are notorious for closing the accounts of anyone who wins money. Not only will they close your account at the casino were you wonthey have almost certainly banned you from opening an account at any other casino that uses Playtech software. You can test this by downloading another Playtech casino and then attempting to sign-up. You will probably get some sort of banned message when you attempt to register.

Playtech is trying to stop bonus hunters, but they are throwing out the baby with the bathwater by using such heavy-handed tactics. Playtech and most of its clients do not understand the gambling business.
