So I deposited $300 via NETeller, but failed to receive the $450 bonus that had been promised to me.

I contacted their support via phone and email and after a few hours I received this message.

Thank you for choosing Carnival Casino.

I don't really have a problem with Carnival deciding not to give me bonuses. If they feel that I am unprofitable to them I'm perfectly happy to play elsewhere. In fact, that's exactly what I've been doing. However, I feel that if you specifically promise someone a bonus you should follow through with that promise.

I know that I really have no chance of getting what I was promised, but I just wanted to let others know about the unethical practices employed by Carnival Casino. If I were you I would avoid them in the future.

This group is brutal for this kind of behavior, most of the bonuses they offer have to be claimed via live support or email, one big problem is that most of the time there live support takes forever and the next problem is that after you deposit and try to get the bonus they deny it and your screwed. They use to always send me deposit 20$ and get $100 and I used to have to fight for it everytime, eventually they stopped sending me offers. I have also recentley been declined an Epassporte 150% bonus from them after depositing ( that was the last straw). Its a shame because Carnival was one of my "lucky" casino's.

Too good to be true.

That looks too good to be true, and that usually means it isn't.

Up to $5000 AND you can have this FIVE times. I have seen this sort of "unbelievable" offer before, CRYSTAL PALACE. Clearly, it is meant for players happy to dump in 3K and lose it all in a day and then try again with another 3K. I suapect that this player has a "positive lifetime balance" with the casino, and they feel he is more likely to withdraw from the offer rather than blow the lot. I have been getting an awful lot of spam for this group offering an easy FREE $500 to sign up.

However, the casino mailed this player to say they had won this bonus in a lucky draw. This should be honoured, as the player had actually won this, they were not claiming a general bonus they had seen on the website. This is the same as winning a Royal Flush at VP, but having it confiscated because you had won "too many" Royal Flushes over the past few months.

If the "you have won .... in a draw" is just marketing BS, the casino is lying - worthy of nomination for the gallery (of rogues that is).

I decided to submit a complaint about this issue to playtech, even though I know I'm probably wasting my time. However, the complaint form at playtech seems to be broken. Whenever I click submit I get the following error:

An error has occured during communicating with database. We appologize.
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /usr/local/playtech/vservers/www.playtech.com/html/database.php:46) in /usr/local/playtech/vservers/www.playtech.com/html/include/header.php on line 800

Does anyone have an email adress for playtech? I'd like to contact them to let them know their webform is broken.

You won't get anywhere with them, but you also might want to let the Kahnawakes know that their licensee is not paying a player his (raffle) winnings.
