Ok - I downloaded Captain Cooks software, as the "1HR Free Play" sounded like a fun challenge, and I had no intention of cashing out any 'winnings' as such - as all that bonus account nonsense is just far too confusing (and I wouldn't dream of giving outfits like this my details)... I wouldn't have to spend anything, so it was an hours free fun and a bit of a challenge to a slotjunkie like me.

Anyhow, seems I'll not get to try it out anyway as the "start free play" button never appeared, I sent them a quick email, they replied two days later saying "you have to wait twenty minutes after you've signed up - Regards support"

I wonder if they mean twenty minutes on top of the 48 hours I've waited for an email? Anyhow, being the glutton for punishment that I am, I decided to ask live support also... After waiting for what seemed like forever...

Boo hoo... I feel so rejected and victimised... I think I'll go and cry in a corner somewhere.

How hard is it to attract new customers!?? Ok - to be fair, I was never going to deposit real money anyhow but still... Shocking.

Why would anyone EVER seriously give outfits like this money!?

This isn't a complaint by any means, as I never intended to deposit real money just, because I'm spoiled by the service from my regular casino's, wondered what all the fuss was about with these so called 'less reputable' places... It's shocking how poorly you can get treated! I imagine if it was real money at stake I'd be gutted...

Don't think 32RED and the like have got anything to worry about anytime soon :D
 
They added an ESP feature to the software, and knew very well you were never going to deposit :p

Either way, they used to be soooo good some time ago, but fell into the toilet.

Classic, as in Classic casino where I suffered a similar fate - except that I NEVER got any replies to my e-mails & Live chat was actually Dead chat...

The whole Casino Rewards group should be avoided by all players - not because they're rogues, just that they are incompetent, unrealistic and non-responsive.
