Dormant account
Hi,

I submitted a request for a profitable withdrawal from this casino on the 16th of April and received the following :

'Thank you for choosing Las Vegas USA Casino.

We have received your withdrawal request for the total amount of ...

...

Please be aware that all withdrawal requests are being processed from 3 to 5 business days at least, from the date it was requested. ...'

I then got audited or something because my ip was alledgedly flagged as coming from a country other than my stated country of residence, which I successfully refuted. Not that it should make any difference regardless.
Having done so I recently received this :

'This mail is to inform you that we have issued a partial payment on the amount of $100.00. The remainder amount has been sent to the On Hold queue because of the following reason:

1. We have already matched up all your deposits, reason why this payment is considered as net winnings. It will be approved once it has undergone our regular approval period of at least five working days.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.'

Can anyone understand the reason through the poor grammar, and if so is it justified ? I also notice a large discrepancy in time of clearance between the first email and the last. Conceivably they could delay for a near infinite time as long as they don't take less than five working days.

Pretty unimpressive.

I've since received a rather quick reply stating :

'This mail is to inform you that we already send you $100 that takes from 3-5 business days to get to your Neteller account, we sent $100 because that was your deposit. For the winnings in your case the other $[X]will be sent to you 48 hrs later and it will also take from 3-5 business days.

So by the end of the following week you'll have all your money in.'

It's better than >5 working days I guess.

Yep, notice the "at least" in the original mail they sent you...:

"Please be aware that all withdrawal requests are being processed from 3 to 5 business days at least, from the date it was requested. ...'"

I played at casinos in this group (Main Street Vegas) almost a year ago and received the same incoherent e-mails. I think I even wrote to them and suggested that it gives a very bad impression if they can't write in correct English! It looks as though nothing's changed.

Like you I was worried and thought I'd stumbled across a rogue casino, but I think you'll find they'll process the withdrawal with no problems in the end. At least getting the deposit back fairly quickly is an improvement on some Playtech casinos where they'll hold all your funds for as long as humanly possible...

they do seem to pay eventually. First they (might) ask for ID, then wait a week before they tell you they have paid, and then a few days after that the money will actually show up. It's not great considering there are plenty of casinos that process withdrawals the same day. The customer service are very responsive however, usually replying to emails within an hour. Definitely not roguish behaviour, just pretty poor business practices in my view. There is nothing like reverse withdrawal, as they do take the money out straight away, so there is no advantage for them to encourage you to bet more, it just seems like trying to save 7 days interest.

Unfortunately the result of this is that customers are less likely to come back.

I withdrew in the 10th and I talked to support yesterday and he told me "We have a backlog of withdrawal requests, so we have no timetable for completing yours" Whatever the hell that means. It has only been a week, however I dont like what they are sayingt to me at all. It is eerily similar to captain cooks...therefore I might do an early PAB, not quite sure when thats appropriate.

Ah but have you waited at least 5 days yet ? :o

I have received my deposit back now at least.

Got mine as well. I just didnt like what they were saying about my withdrawal being backloaded and tough to do since it was foreign currency. I was gonna give it a week overdue the PAB but they fixed it. They shoulda just said it will be one day and I wouldnt have freaked

perhaps it's a tactic to discourage skilled players

I have signed before 1-2 months and service+withdraws were just fine.
The last 10 days they have 'suddenly' adopted the same partial payment tactic also to me. Perhaps because I may not be so profitable for them and they prefer to discourage me... I can't figure out another reason.
It is interesting however that in the first partial payment they payed my deposit back in 1 day and the rest of the winnings in the next day despite of their email stating "at least 3-5 working days"...
Now I have another small winnings withdraw waiting and its more than 3 days...
(there are no bonuses involved, its crystal clear play-win or lose, so 3-5 days its too much for such an audit)

I am not worried of not being paid, its just a bit bothersome to keep a control of all those transactions.
As the lawnet says, it discourages players from coming back...

To celebrate it's anniversary, perhaps?
Well, party's over. Thread upgraded to "closed". :D

This casino makes most payments within 48 hours or less btw.
