Hi
I have a problem with Backgammonmasters and hope someone can help me.
I made a deposit 15-05-2012, but did not get any bonus as expected. They have a lot of E-mail addresses and a live chat, but I have not been able to get in contact with them. I have only get an auto reply where they told me, they have received my E-mail and promised me a Customer Care representative will be in touch with me within 24 hours.
I was worried about this lack of communication and made a cash out 19-05-2012, but a have still not got the money, and can still not get in contact with them.
Can someone please tell me, what I can do now to get my money or get in contact with them. Actually they are stealing people’s money, when it is possible to deposit money, but not to make a cash out.
Would someone here be nice enough to email them for me? If anyone is willing please send me a private message and I will relay my username at backgammonmasters to you.

Thanks a lot.

Hi Tos welcome to the forum.

Backgammon Masters is listed in the Rogue Casinos section here.

Maxd who is in charge of the pitch a bitch service here posted a warning about backgammon masters last year.

Doesn't sound like any thing has changed in the last year as far as their communication goes.

Maybe someone else here has more information for you.

Good luck with your situation.

I can confirm that, to the best of my knowledge the situation with BM is unchanged from what it was when I posted the Warning last year.

Have you tried to contact them via their software supplier, Lucky Skill? The link is on the homepage. Since there's an affiliate program link on the LuckySkill website, chances are that's the same program running the backgammon site (i.e. any email you find will lead to the right place)

...if all else fails, look up the company names in linkedin.com - everyone's there these days
