Hi all. Im based in the uk and signed up to a UKGC approved casino, deposited 200 and got 100% bonus. After less than 5 minutes of looking and playing their slots i realized it wasnt for me.(the few games i thought i'd played before we completly different to what i thought)
I read the terms which stated you play with cash deposit first, then the bonus. So whilst down about 60 i thought il eithee bust or see if i can get back up to my inital deposit. I didnt go into my bonus and managed to get myself a few pound back above level. So thought i would cashout my deposit and call it quits. Obviously it said i needed to cancel my bonus to cashout.
Once cancelled my account showed 70 instead of the expected 220. Emailed support who agreed i did not go into the bonus, but said my winning from the games i played, were added to my bonus balance and therefore would have required wagering. This is mentioned in the t+cs as below but my assumption was it was only once i hit the bonus funds.
'When money is transferred into a game before and during gameplay, the first funds that are used come from the Cash Balance, second Free Money, and then the Bonus balance.
During the bonuses' duration, all winnings in all casino games are credited to the bonus balance.'
I know casinos can do whatever they want once you sign up to the t+c's, maybe im wrong but i thought the UKGC regulations meant that players must be able to withdraw winnings from their cash balance?
Also, when i cashed out the 70, the 'cancel' cashout button is there which again is strange. Seems until i provide them the docs to verify my account, im free to cancel the cashout.
I had already resigned myself to busting out, and there are no shortage of bad reviews on this casino - so just looking any advice before i invest anymore time trying to get my 130 back.
