I have some problem whith Canbets 25% Cashback Rebate you can read the rebate here

Like you can read so al losing money from 16-22 March should give a 25% Cashback Rebate credit to your account 25 March , no money have been added to my account , i have talk to support 3 times in chat and they say every time my 25% Cashback Rebate will be added tomorrow but still no money , very lame of a casino who have a big promo

This happened to me also, so I resurrected the old thread in complaints. What gets me mad is the fact that CS promised to do something about it as son as I spotted, but then nothing was done, and today I find that there is nothing even noted on my account about this problem.
AGAIN, I have been promised action, and it is now morning in OZ, so I expect them to be working on these problems now, but so far I have heard nothing, and it is now 11:30 in the morning, and the relevant department have been working for 2 and a half hours. Should they mess up again though, it will be the weekend, and the problems will then sit around unresolved for an additional two days.
Even if they come good on this today, this is still only a 50% performance rate, and taking into account the fact this is a KNOWN issue from when it happend last week, they should now be familiar enough with it to simply correct the affected accounts without needing to "investigate" all over again.

I won't be depositing any more THIS week, I will make do with the points I already have towards the big bet blast lucky draw, and will just play off the lower amount they have credited & see if I can win anything back off it, so I at least have the chance of making a withdrawal if lucky, which I can deposit elsewhere, such as Ladbrokes to "pop" that &*^$$ TI Fruitie that has been giving me grief this week.



Well, blow me - they have already corrected the balance, I just haven't been told by Email. I had to fire up my gambling PC to check. I did this as I realised I would miss the opportunity to get anything done if I left it till the morning, which would be too late for the Aussie marketing team, who would already be off for the weekend.

I suggest contacting them right now, and getting this passed to marketing while they still have around half the working day left.

Don't hold your breath, looks like Lauren has this confused with the SPORTS cashback, "This takes 48 hours after all your bets are settled."
The CASINO 25% is a different promo, and should have been credited on the 25th. What went wrong was that the wrong amount was credited to some accounts not in the US Dollar.
If not resolved now, it will be Monday before the team dealing with this are back.
Thankfully, this is the last week of this promo, and I hope they refrain from running this type of event again UNTIL they have sorted out all the problems.

They seem to have a heart though, I have just received a record breaking 100% up to 300 bonus offer for the weekend:eek:
This is far in excess of the usual weekend bonuses, and may have been designed as a retention step. Perhaps they read my earlier post;)

Canbet is very good and they pay, but must improve bonus\promotion\free spin , etc system, otherwise will get many negative posts.

In that case, It will be appropriate to hire a good computer systems company, so administration need no to do the work manually, one by one.

I'm sure this wasn't done intentionally, but they need to know that, with all past experiences on online casinos, we feel nervous when we are promised money on one date(written) and we don't get it. Its like you going to the bank to withdraw your local account and the teller says:

"...This takes 48 hours after all .....is settled... However it has been taking longer than expected...I apologize for the inconvenience....I cant give a time as it would be a guess, however likely to be by tommorrow."

See what i mean? Money is money, in whatever quantity has to be treated seriously.

So, if the casino manager reads this, the best idea is to act quickly and accordingly.
