Thanks for sharing this. When a provider confirms a malfunction, casinos normally have to void all outcomes (wins and losses) for fairness and compliance.
The best thing to do now is:
- review your account statement for the affected dates
- confirm that all related bets were refunded correctly
- ask support for a detailed breakdown if the adjustment seems unclear
Hopefully they handle it transparently.
