I find myself a bit confused. Let me explain the situation. I was playing at one casino and actually got a win. I started the verification process, it went a bit longer because I was slow with the docs. Anyway, when I was finalizing my verification the chat told me that I breached the term making the bigger bet. I checked the gaming history and yeah - it was there. It appeared in the history that I made this huge bet. Now, I am pretty sure that this is not the case. The question is how I can find out for sure.... Is there any way I could find out that it is not the casino who put that number in the gaming history???? This would be my question, perhaps something similar had happened to some of the players here.

These days anything with hardware and software has internal records.

I recently discovered that a washing machine repair man can hook up a computer to any modern washing machine and download records of the last 10, 20, 100 loads done in that machine: temperature, spin rate, weight of load, etc. Apparently this is done to ensure that the warranty conditions on the machine have not been violated.

So back to the topic: the software provider would almost certainly have access to raw game records that would be completely free of any chance of adulteration.
Getting those records is another question entirely.

I should add that unless you are dealing with an EXTREMELY dodgy casino the chances of them fudging your game records are fairly slim. That said if you are dealing with a dodgy casino then all bets are off, so to speak: expect the worst.

Its easily done in error without you realising - case in point Tuesday night - balance of a grand and going up and down £500 for a couple of hours on Reacctoonz.

Was half watching it and the telly and suddenly game stopped “lack of funds” - looked down and I had inadvertantly wacked the bet size up to £50 as well when sliding the free spins upto 100 - so wiped out my entire balance in about 30 seconds.

But - apart from the obvious - it is quite easy to do on a session if your not fully concentrating.

I know it is possible to make a bet over the limit, but really in this case I would like to make sure. I will contact the provider I guess..... Thanks!

They can't change history, but they can change of course the query or perhaps even the input for the query.

The answer is yes.

But to be honest, I think 99.999 out of 100.000 times there's nothing changed and it was the player who bet too much.

I don't know about changing history, but I do know I have played and been unable to find any history of my bets and wins on a game. I've gone to look for a large win that happened on autospin for instance, and it doesn't show any bets at all on a game I had been playing for a while.

It is very easy to make a bet larger than you meant to. When you lower a bet, it should stop at the lowest possible, not go back over to begin with the highest possible!

Was it a single spin in a game you were playing, in the middle of a bunch of lower ones? It was not a feature purchase or a game like Book of Oz with a hold and respin feature was it?

Seems a bit harsh if it was just one spin. Can you stick the screenie of the few before and after the big bet?
