Hello everybody I am fairly new to this Forum, I was directed here by a LeoVega customer support agent.

I play on a few different Casino's, and recently I've been playing on CasinoPalace.
I deposited $150 and received a $150 bonus. I ended up losing my original $150, and then losing the $150 Bonus.

Few days later, I deposited $100, and received an $80 bonus.
I won without the use of the $80 bonus and I then got my balance up to $700. ($620, minus the $80 bonus) so $620 real money.

I then tried to withdraw $300 today and it wouldn't let me, it said I needed to wager $11,350. ... Okay, there must of been a mistake, so I message the customer service support
and they say that I cannot withdraw due to a previous bonus of $150. I stated that I am not playing with the $150, as I deposited and I lost on that bonus.

Apparently because there is 80 cents left of the bonus that means I am playing with the bonus still, even after depositing after losing the $150 bonus.

So yeah, I can't withdraw my winnings and must wager through $11,350 before withdrawing the 80 cents and my winnings...

I spoke to a customer service from LeoVegas and they stated this was ridiculous and to contact CasinoMeister for help ASAP.

Can anyone please help me out??

Thank you in advance

I'm a bit confused as to whats going on here as you mention 2 totally separate casinos.

Golden rule is to always totally zero out your balance before depositing / playing again.

I know at Leo Vegas you can withdraw at any time if you have not dipped into the bonus portion of the balance but if there is leftovers from a previous bonus then yes, you will encounter this problem.

The Leo Vegas rep is pretty helpful IMO so a PM in his direction maybe an idea, although I cannot guarantee anything positive will come of this.

As for Casino Palace, think this sums things up.......:confused:

Hi.

Sorry, I meant I play on leoVegas and CasinoPalace, I went onto LeoVegas to ask about a withdrawal (seperate case) and I brought the subject up to him.

casinopalace is where I am having the problem.

Yes, I should have bet down to 0.00 before depositing but that's just dodgy, all other sites I have played on prioritizes your money instead of previous bonus.

I guess nothing can be done so I'll just painfully play my wins away and then never go back :(

Sorry to sound harsh, but the only "dodgy" thing is you not reading the T&Cs and ASSUMING all casinos are the same.
They most certainly are not. You should ALWAYS read the T&Cs.
You're not the first to make this mistake, and sadly you wont be the last :(

Welcome to the forum and better luck in future!

Sorry the members replies were not more positive, however as KK says, look at this as a learning curve (admittedly a costly one) and ALWAYS make sure you TOTALLY zero out.

I know it can be frustrating, say you've just watched a 100 balance dwindle to pennies from £1.00 spins and your not in the best of moods (that's me being over polite :p) force yourself to open a game to bust out the last pennies.

I usually use one of the Microgaming 9 - liners to do this (example where possible I'd bet the entire leftover pence on one line, one day it may hit something)

Where Microgaming are not available as its getting very hard to find a Netent games these days where lines can be adjusted, I'd use a Play N Go slot which seem to be pretty much most places nowadays (Examples include: - Pimped, Royal Masquerade and Holiday Season)

I'm sure most of us have made this mistake -- I certainly have. Mine happened at an accredited casino and they weren't about to budge. Like Jon does, I always check my balance and zero out any bonus or just ask CS to clear it.

You learn quick and you learn hard and you definitely learn to never make the same mistake twice.

Don't take bonuses --> the best option  :D

If you take them --> don't be too lazy to read ALL terms!

General Bonus Policy
If you are yet to complete the wagering requirements of a bonus whilst claiming another bonus/es, you must complete the wagering requirements of the first bonus before starting to accumulate the wagers for completing the wagering requirements for any consecutive bonus/es, unless your balance reaches 0.00, in which case your wagers will start to be accumulated for the purpose of the wagering requirements of the next bonus.

EDIT 1:
Why would you take a "sticky bonus"?
The Progress Play network is throwing around with bonuses like there is no tomorrow, hence their terms are super-restrictive. On top, all their bonuses have a 50x B WR. THANKS BUT NO THANKS!

EDIT 2:
- Pending Period - 3 business days!
- Maximum Withdrawal - £3,000 per week or £6,000 per month.

--> Sorry, but who is in his right mind to risk his hard earned cash playing at such a site??? With weekend that can be 5 days pending.

EDIT 3
My advice --> chose one of the CM accredited casinos with high score, the higher the faster they pay: Link Outdated / Removed

... casinopalace is where I am having the problem. ...

I have received your PAB regarding CasinoPalace but given the number of serious errors in your PAB submission it's clear that you haven't read the PAB FAQ. Please do so and resubmit your PAB if you wish to proceed with this issue.

OP hasn't been back to the site since the day they signed on, posted, and filed the PAB. Never did reply regarding the borked PAB so PAB discarded.

Original thread title was "Bonus ISSUE CANNOT WITHDRAW even though won with my REAL MONEY", changed since there's no confirmed evidence to support the OP's claims.
