C/c card issue at Videoslots

Hi all,
I need some suggestions please.

I now play at Videoslots due to all the great raps from everybody on here and discovering for myself just how amazing their casino is, it has become my favourite.

I have 3 cards registered and verified there, 1= a Visa debit (bankA) 1= M/card debit (bankB) and 1=M/card credit (bankA)
I had been using all cards with no problem but the 26th June my last successful deposit with M/card (bankA). From after that point each time I tried to deposit with that card I got an error window.

I noticed that as soon as I hit the deposit button it was instant which made me wonder how any bank had time to reject my purchase so I kept trying and always same thing. I contacted chat and asked why as I knew there were funds in there and always is. Chat told me it was my bank. I explained that my bank didn't even get time to see the request before the "card error pop up", chat assured me it was not their side and was my bank so after several chats on different times and days I tried it I did contact my bank and was put through to cards and explained what was happening and they told me that it was not from them it was being rejected and there were no blocks on that account and in fact Panda Media has not made an attempt for any request after 26th June and he then went to list off all other casinos I had deposited at on and after that date. So it's not a lack of funds problem or bank problem according to them. They tell me it's a merchant error.
So emailed support with my info and they said they would get payments to have a look. An email back to me suggesting again it was definitely a bank problem. So round in circles I go.

I decided to add the card again to see if that would help, so now I have two of same cards verified but it was still happening with both quick deposit and normal deposit for both that I try with.
Pulling my hair out at this stage because I just want to deposit and play.
Anyway after a few back and forth emails I suggested to erase that card from the system and I would re add it to see if that would solve this nightmare once and for all, did that tonight and no it's still happening. My bank assure me there have been no request from that merchant after 26th June.
Any ideas from you guys how to solve this puzzle would be magic. KristofferS at Videoslots has been great through it all, as with others in chat. :)

Not sure if the tech department at Videoslots are still following it up. Emails have been back and forth since Thursday with last from Videoslots again saying everything is ok there. Emails have come from Customer Service and Payments departments, maybe Tech Dept is getting involved ? The case is still open but due to time difference I will probably not hear anything for 48 hours now being w/e.
I did mention in last email that I would ask the in the Casinomeister forum if they had any suggestions. Because still according to them it is a bank issue on my side but I know it's not.
Last email suggested to let them know if re adding the card did not help so I emailed them with a no it didn't help. :(

If it were me I would try depositing with the card at another casino just to see if you get the same problem. If it goes through you know its not an issue with the card or your bank.

I use that card all the time every casino I play. Used it 30-40 times since 26th June when it last worked at Videoslots. That's why I know it's not the card.
 
My regular 2 debit cards that I use at VS also stopped working correctly for 2/3 weeks, played elsewhere and tried the other day and they work fine now :confused:

I still don't know why they stopped working and why they work now but thought Id let you know I had the same sort of issues

Oh okay, thanks for that so there's still hope it may magically start working again. I thought because they are fairly new there are probably some teething issues that will arise, this being one of them although support are convinced it's a bank issue at my end.
I was hoping tosee if others had similar or same probs. Cheers. It is very frustrating. :(
 
Happened again last night with another card. This time with my visa debit card. I made a deposit by quick deposit and then realized it was not enough so tried again straight away and again it popped up with the same Error message and the money is there so I am baffled. :confused:

If I rule out the casino and the bank it only leaves my laptop as being the problem but I can't see why it would let some through and not others in the same time frame.

This also happened to me about a year ago. Same responses from Videoslots and the bank - nobody to blame. I stopped playing there until I had a new card posted to me as the old one expired, registered that and everything has been ok since.
There is definitely an electronic gremlin at work here as several people have experienced it.
Even with my new card I have had problems with quick deposit. It used to work fine but now if I try to use quick deposit it comes up with my deposit limit has been reached and I don't even have a deposit limit. I have to use the full deposit method which works fine every time, although more recently it's been 50/50 as to whether the processing goes to the extra layer of security my bank uses by requiring some letter of my password before accepting the deposit. Sometimes the screen pops up, and sometimes the deposit goes through without requesting the password.
My query regarding quick deposit was forwarded to the card team from CS about a month ago and they've never got back to me.
It's got to be a video slot related issue, as every other site under the sun accepts my deposits no problem.
I hope you find a resolution but won't hold my breath.

It's not an expiry date issue at all.
And yes some times deposits go straight through and other times you need to verify via bank password ?
My other card -Visa debit is working fine now just the initial first card still has the problem :(

Dan from videoslots has taken an interest now so that can only be good. :)
