I am still struggling to load my e-wallets since the Thai government do not allow anymore transfers to neither Neteller nor Ecopayz. In the meantime i searched the net to buy a Paysafecard voucher online with my Visa Card but so far have not found one which looked trustworthy.

Do you know a site where i can buy the vouchers with a VisaCard or Paypal?

Okay im going to ask the stupid question.

The Thai government don't allow you to transfer to neteller. Do they allow you to buy paysafecard vouchers then and is it okay to use them. I was looking at paysafecard site and theirs loads of countries that can register worldwide but none in asia at all.

It has taken me by surprise as i have used Neteller and Ecopayz all the time and never had an issue loading them via my Thai VisaCard using VbV.

On Monday i was able to load twice my Neteller account but since then i get all transactions declined. Ecopayz is the same. My bank told me today that it looks like the Thai government does not allow anymore transfers to these sites. So it is not 100% confirmed but i take it that it is.

Skrill - can still load it when i tick "use for non-gaming purchases" prior to loading it.

Paysafe Card use in Thailand - i don't know if it is OK, never bought it nor used it, not even while living in Singapore or Europe. Hence it is all new to me. But i thought i could maybe buy it online and pay for it with my Visa or Paypal.

Well well, i just successfully loaded my Neteller account again.

Don't know if this will be permanent again or that it was just a glitch.

Moral of the story: Do not ever listen to CS agents when they say NO. They might just don't have the answer.

Good thing is i do not need the Paysafecard stuff now

Glad to see you got it sorted, in the future i would not advise anyone to buy paysafe online as some sites that sell it are not really selling the real deal(bought to a real retailer) ill give u an example, when i played an online mmorpg i used to farm a lot and as consequence you begin to meet a lot of people that arent to keen to wasting time farming, but instead opt to buy the game gold, this is where the paysafe comes in i would sell the gold for paysafes, ex: 100M gold=25€ 200M=50€ and so on, i recevied the paysafe lock it on paysafe page and then i could do whatever i want with it, sell it, use it w/e, this is what some of these sites do ofc to a larger scale, i wouldnt do it as it can come up as some kind of fraud for casinos(the dude buys the paysafe in china and i use it in portugal, its weird but true ), the best thing is to go to a store that sells them and just buy the voucher in person.

I guess you already know that, but if not: If you are still a german citizen you are able to have a bank acc including a VISA without the need to have a residential adress in germany. E.g. DKB offers a free account with a free VISA. Even getting cash is free at every ATM worldwide with that Card.

Yes you can do so on WKV.com. However, for Thailand they only offered bank transfer for payment, which then would take 1 week to clear. Not really an option for me.

They used to service a pile of countries, there have been changes recently, as well that was a debit service and not the vouchers.
