Have a right carry on withdrawing Money from here, first of all they put a bonus on your account which I did not want or ask for
I have met the wagering requirements, then I withdraw to my Debit Card only to be told you cannot withdrawn more than you wagered
the only time I have ever seen this be the case is with Mastercard as it is their own rules, then I was told I could request a Cheque
or I could deposit with a credit card and have the payment withdrawn to that. So I asked if I could withdraw to Srkill which I could only do If I deposited from Srkill and wagered what I deposited
now I am betting they will add another bonus when I deposited to trap me with more wagering requirements, the chat person told me this would be not the case loads have people have complained
about getting their money from here really disappointed with the run around they are giving me, they do not deserve accredited status.

I find that term (if actually correct) a load of BS. A debit card is married to your bank account and there is NO reason any withdrawal of any amount can't be paid back to it - provided you deposited with it originally.

Hi electronictonic,

Can you please PM me with your username on the site so I can look in to this. Thank you.

Ian

I have now had to deposit from Skrill to try and withdraw to there this is the only casino in the world that is not allowing you to withdraw more than you wagered
on your Bank/Debit card?!! so it's cost me a deposit and now a transaction fee with Skrill if they make it there, I had no such problems with 32red last night in less than 11 hours I had my £800 into my srkill account.

I said in the chat now if I make this deposit you are not going to stiff me with another bonus requirment, I told the girl in chat I do not want any bonus adding thank you
only to be told it is too late to opt out...I never opted into a Bonus or wanted any in the first place.

This is what I was told

"Gemma: If you are using debit card, you can request withdrawal up to the amount of deposits. Make a deposit with VISA credit card, wager the amount of deposit and withdraw all your winnings back to credit card or request cheque."

I have located and reviewed your chats with our staff and want to clarify a couple of points.

On new visa debit cards Dunover is mostly correct. We treat them just like other credit cards and can send any amount, but with older switch or maestro debit cards the system will only allow us to pay to exposure. This provides us/you with options. We can send the deposited (not wagered) amount back to the card and the remainder by cheque, or if you prefer simply send the full amount by cheque.

This was put to you and you said you would rather have it sent to skrill, so we explained that once you have made a deposit via that method you can use it to withdraw. It's not unusual for a method to need to be used for depositing prior to withdrawal. We do have an anti money laundering policy that asks for all deposits to be wagered at least once prior to withdrawal, but as you are only making this to verify the account I can have that waived in this instance as an expection. One other point - having read your chats I could find no instance where the agent said we had 'loads of complaints' in this regard. Can you provide any evidence of this?

This is not a case of us forcing an additional bonus to 'trap' you, and you elected to use a method that asked for another deposit. Also, to be clear the reload bonuses after your first deposit carry no wagering requirement and afaik never have.

So to summarise, you wanted it sent back to your card but that was not possible so we presented you with your options. Rather than accept a cheque you selected skrill as your new preferred method and now that you have deposited we can use that.

I hope that clears up any confiusion you may have had. If you require any additional information please let me know.

Kind regards,

Ian

No, but I think his point is that he tried to get rid of the bonus before playing/activating his withdrawal - accredited sites IIRC cannot force players to have a bonus and should provide means of opting out either at deposit stage (better) or via CS (slower).

Cheers for your swift help on this matter, it's the first time I have ever had this problem with any casino really.

Are you here to solve a problem or trying to be a jerk?

If you are here to solve a problem, you're going about it the wrong way.

The casino rep has been courteous and as far as I can tell. There is no problem except you wanted your funds transferred to Skrill without making a deposit from there. No casino that I know of allows you to do so, so why the grief?

Word of advice, try using proper punctuation and grammar - people will understand you a bit better. That above quoted sentence reads like utter nonsense.

No I am not trying to be a jerk, he just asked which complaints am I talking about, so I gave examples of such complaints.

At no point did I ask for money to be transferred to my Srkill without deposting I just wanted clarification that if I deposit with Skrill
will I be hit with another bonus I did not ask for like with my first deposit, I already received a bonus I did not ask for, then was told it was
too late to opt out.

To attack the person and not their argument is called Ad hominem, look it up.

If player wish to opt out of bonuses they can. They simply need to make the request prior to placing their first wager or using any of the bonus funds awarded. This is all covered in our terms and conditions.

In this particular case however it did not matter at all. As I have already explained there are no wagering requirements on reload bonuses and this was explained to the OP who has already met the full wagering requirement on his initial bonus.

Listen mate I'd calm it down a bit - as CM said the rep's already made the steps for you to get your w/d so he's done right by you and the forum has helped resolve your issue. Yes, I don't agree with these bonus bombardments either, but that's not an issue now. Plus you seemed to be anticipating a sticky bonus in your chat with CS thus expecting an issue that never was..

To be fair he thanked IanO for his help and simply provided him with evidence IanO asked about. In actuality I believe IanO was asking if he had any evidence the chat agent said this and eltronictonic misunderstood.

I think CM thought he was responding to me and not the rep.

Overall, OP mishandled this situation with the attack first get help later mind frame. I can understand that though as sometimes frustrations can boil over.

I would like to see this casino remove withdrawal options for countries if they are actually not available. Most people will sign up and look what options they have before depositing. Being told you have three options when in reality its actually one, is pretty frustrating.

Yes I could have went about it in a different way, the rep has acted very professionally in dealing with this problem
I have suggested ways in which they can improve the withdrawl/bonus problem.

All I saw was the word "run around"

Read my thread. I too am having huge problems with this casino

https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/butlers-bingo-ridiculous-cashout.61330/

Need I remind you that posting on the forums regarding your PAB case can, and likely will, kill your PAB?

If you haven't already I __strongly__ urge you to read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ. It is required reading for all PABers and you are expected to comply with the guidance given therein, including NOT posting about your PAB issue while that PAB is active and ongoing.

You may think it's no big deal but you're not the one trying to negotiate with the casino reps. If you want us to help you then follow our advice -- the FAQ -- and let us do our job. If you think you know better then that's fine, your PAB can easily be cancelled. It's your call.

Thank you for your immediate cooperation.

Only the other day Gemma updated me on this as I was asking the same Qs, She said my card is fine as visa debit, I will guarantee alot of sites have this rule, As Ian said switch or maestro is where the damage is for some reason, I have seen it in many of site,

After a threw threads recently about butlers I do not think they get enough credit they deserve, Every site has some kind of problems But Ian is always here to resolve any issues, Live help as always been quick for me, I do not deposit much there but certainly getting a small deposit of me today as 100 free spins :) Yes there are wager connected to it but as is 99% of other sites, Keeps game play going for a bit and my lucks got to change soon :)

Hi IanO,

I recently gave Butlers Bingo a try for the first time.

It seems you've gone MIA for a little while, as I sent you a PM on the 14th April I think it was, and I've yet to hear from you. As my message raised some concerns I had, I wanted to give you the right of reply before airing any issues publicly.

I'm hoping you may read this in case my PM has slipped through the cracks. Please get in touch, as I eagerly await your response.

Thank you.
