BTG,NYX,Blueprint removed from Canadian players!

:eek2:
so EVERY game provided by SG/Nyx is pulled? That's essentially 90% of all the slots I play at VS

Happened to me in-play at Rizk after SG took over NYX since SG is heavily present in the B&M sector. I got now only MG, PnG, Netent, Red Tiger and Genii left at Rizk that I can play.

The restrictions were in place a long time ago but they were not exactly enforced. Maybe SG got a slap on the wrist from your government and they had no choice but to enforce it over night.

The list with restricted countries is slowly getting longer than the one for allowed countries. :(

So not B&M yet then.. just exclusive with Canadian operators online for now. But I imagine SG will put them in to B&M. They almost certainly won't be at 96% or over then ;)
correct, or wrongly, the rep stated they only do/will offer one set rtp for btg

Well, on a positive note, I sat there trying to figure out what to do.....so I went back to where it all started....and I sat at Immortal Romance..... 4 wild desires and 4 bonuses in the first 50 spins..... maybe I can distract myself long enough not to withdraw too badly from my go to games :( SO many gone....

I now have this image in my mind of all you guys from Canada lined up next to each other in a land-based casino on SG cabinets and bashing away at Bonanza, a cacophony of twangy banjo music echoing around the place....:D

Wonder if BTG will turn up in UK arcades.

Bonanza community...... shudders

Well, firstly apologies to VS, shouldn't have singled you guys out if it is across the board, just I only play at VS atm. Secondly, having the best session in almost a year, without my go to games, upwards of 1K on a $50 deposit, so maybe fate is trying to tell me to chill the hell out! lol

Megaways almost certainly will... But at the RTP settings in the UK retail industry it might struggle. And it's only a 500 jackpot.

I cannot for the life of me see how Megaways slots with their huge range of potential pays can be reduced to arcade 90-92% RTPs and retain any semblance of the original math model. And that's without the 500 limit. With 50x bet for the top 6OAK and a possible 64-ways of it WITHOUT a multiplier in play it would surely defeat the whole object?

This sucks since I enjoyed playing on Blueprint games, ELK, BTG, and others. It is weird though since on Rizk and others, Thunderkick games wasn't allowed, but then I noticed that we can play them for the last few months.

In terms of VS, if we can't play Thunderkick games anymore, that means the "Battle of slots" might as well be called the "Play and Go battles of Canada" since that is the only provider that we will be able to do slot battles on. This also means no more Sit & Go weekends for Canadians too since Play and Go loves to explode everytime a weekend event happens. :/

I understand VS has no control over the excluded games - they DO however have control over which games to use in battes, so hopefully they dont opt to just chuck out our good-as-everyone-elses-equally-entitled-to-the-same-perks dollars

This is the way the government can take control, instead of banning online casinos from us just restrict 1000,s of games and only make some them available on Play OLG forcing us to play only 1 site. No competition and we will have no choice to like it on not. Fing politics we should have a right to play where we want.

As mentioned in a previous thread you can play our games on BCLC playnow.com and Lotto Quebec espacejeux.com

We will be rolling out our games into OLG over the next few months and both BCLC and Lotto Quebec will have a full compliment of all our games up to Millionaire and our next release by the middle of June next year!

It's only a matter of time before the Canadian Government go the same way as Australia and start dishing out fines to operators.

Does not help if you live in stupid Ontario. Why are we so behind playnow, I just checked them out and holy crap what an awesome selection including BTG GAMES. Ontario is seriously the worst province.

I'm not up on my legalize, but is that a realisitic worry? Unlike say, some of the smaller countries, or ones with governing bodies like the UKGC, Canada more or less operates provincially than federally. Are there really legal sanctions, or it more caveats and conditions of contracts with our B and Ms or online sites (OLG for example).

I'm not being a smart-ass here, I'm honestly asking; unlike casinos, I havent a team of lawyers to help me out here :p
It appears...appears, I'm not saying is, more an agreement with bodies with whom you (general whom) have arrangements with. Again, asking, not making declarations.
