At the moment, nearly all European companies are shying away from American users due to the UIGEA.

When are said European companies going to learn that it is NOT illegal for Americans to gamble online (except for certain states)?

Read the UIGEA carefully, and you will see.

If in fact it was illegal, then why are there still plenty of places that allow Americans?
