Just an FYI. I asked to close my Brango and Extreme accounts last week to take a break. I asked to have them reopened and was told "Unfortunately, your accounts will not be reopened and will remain closed since that was your request" I NEVER EVER SAID ONE WORD ABOUT EXCLUSION NOT 1. I have closed many accounts in the past to take a break and never had an issue having them reopened. I have emails to back up that I never asked for permanent closure or exclusion. This is nuts!
