I played at your casino, won and you confiscated my winnings. You have not specifically stated that playing the way I played was in breach of your terms and it seems that you choose to confiscate winnings whenever you like to. If you think playing on dice twister was wrong, why not just restore my balance to 1300£, which is what it was before I started playing the game, and then let me fulfill the wagering requirements?

Greg D, Nov 29 09:56 (GMT):

It has come to our attention that your recent play at Boylecasino was in breach of the terms and conditions of our bonus offer. For this reason your last bonus has been revoked and any winnings from this bonus removed from your account. It clearly states in the terms and conditions of the bonus;

“Where evidence is found of a series of bets placed by a player or group of players, which due to the awarding of deposit bonuses, free spins, enhanced payments or any other promotional offer, guarantees overall player profit either individually or as part of a group, Boylecasino reserves the right to reclaim the bonus and void any bets funded by the bonus.

This includes but is not limited to, players building funds using low risk games & strategies then playing higher weighted games to complete wagering requirements. For example a player placing the full balance on a series of near even money bets in Blackjack / Roulette etc then playing low stakes slots in order to clear wagering requirements.

If a player has an active bonus and wins more than twice the value of their bonus they must continue to play on a game with a similar weighting until the wagering requirements have been met. Switching from a low weighted game like Blackjack to a high weighted game like Slots after large wins, for the sole purpose of clearing wagering requirements, will result in the bonus and any winnings being voided.”
Although there was no evidence of abuse in your bet on penalty shoot out you then proceeded to cover 5 out of the 6 available numbers on dice twister and continued to do so for a total of 1029 bets until you met the wagering requirements. This level of abuse will not be toloerated at Boylecasino.
Your original deposit of £100 is waiting in your sports account. You have been removed from all furture bonuses at Boylecasino.

Kind regards,

BoyleCasino Team

Ummmmm.....yeah.

You know what you did. Don't come the raw prawn.

You covered 5 out of 6 combinations 1029 times, and you expect us to believe it was an innocent mistake? Nice try. You may as well have covered red and black for equal bets in roulette.

It's obvious you did not read the terms before playing, otherwise you would not have placed those bets.

So, it is your fault. You tried to milk a bonus and got caught.

Better luck next time.

What's with all that waffling before getting to the point. It's not as if I work there:D

The term looks rather vague and complex, but the point is valid. This is just another "bet on almost all possible outcomes" grinding strategy.

Oddly enough, those terms actually seem to ALLOW the opening strategy of placing large bets on low risk games provided players continue to play in a similar manner till WR is completed.

I have also seen "penalty shootout" involved in a number of these "abuse" cases - what's so special about this game?

The OP can always PAB if not satisfied.

Whatever the player has done, I find those terms some of the worst I have ever seen at any casino, let alone an Accredited one. :eek2:
OK, they have spelt out exactly what is not allowed, but for me those terms are far too predatory and I'm sure there are better ways of eliminating "undesirable play". Limiting bet sizes on low-risk games would be the simplest solution.

I agree.....I think they're awful.

However, they're there, and the OP agreed to be bound by them.

If one doesn't like the terms, one should not play. Problem is, many players don't, and they must bear the consequences.

Or one should read the terms of the bonus they are accepting BEFORE making the decision whether or not to accept it;)

They are there, but do they meet the standards for accreditation?

Operational Standards

•Must pay winnings in a timely manner.
•Must not disqualify any player from a payout if terms & conditions are met, except for situations of fraud (multiple-accounts, bogus ID documents, chargebacks, etc.,).
Must not confiscate winnings for vague & unclear reasons, such as "irregular playing patterns" or "bonus abuse", without specific T&C violations.
Must not implement terms that can be construed as "unfair" towards the player.
No player shall be involuntarily placed into a situation which breaches the terms and conditions during the course of play.
•Must pay out progressive jackpot wins in full or in reasonable chunks, regardless of any terms and conditions limiting payouts.*
•Must remove any bonus and associated playthrough requirements at the request of the player if play has not commenced.
•Will not entice players to reverse cash withdrawals with bonuses or other incentives.
•Will not use outsourced support. Player support must be in-house.

He wasnt even clever enough to play the lower EV bets on dice twister.

I tend to agree with Kasinoking on this one, i actually went and read their terms and conditions after seeing this post and jeesus. You need to be a rocket scientist to figure out some of them. While i agree it does look as if the player in question tried to game the system on the bonus, they should have just restored his balance from what he deposited and cleared the winnings. This is fair and equitable for both sides. People make mistakes but i highly recommend always reading the terms and conditions and if you dont understand something ASK first.
