Hey there, i had a great run on a slot called "ramses book" similar to book of ra @ sunnyplayer casino. I hit the feature on my mobile phone and several retriggers. On freespin 79 / 80 the connection had been lost. I startet the slot later on my pc again and it was gone. Just normal gameplay.

I wrote the support, but after some basic things (cookies,cache,browser etc...) they can't do anything. They asked their IT support. Did that happened to one of you guys before ? I had plenty of connection issues before but everytime i was able to continue my feature later.

Did you try it again on your mobile.

Mobile game and PC run different. The PC will not continue a round you are playing on mobile.

Thanks a lot for your quick response. Of course i tried both, mobile and pc... i hope they will be able to get a solution. It was a great feature, 530 euro with an 0.75 bet so far
